I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Our area had an Asian beetle issue in the fall of the year. We had our exterminator to come in therefore we no longer have them. Our hotel is 100% smoke free! If you choose to stay with us again please let our Front Desk Agents know if you are not having a great stay. We are always happy to help!

This is stated on, in room collateral. If you requested service and did not get it, I apologize in advance. Yes we serve breakfast at 3:30 a.m. to our early risers that work in the area. Our staff does everything possible to go above and beyond for our guests.
