The best part was the lady ( I wish I got her name) blonde n some color in her hair was the nicest person I ever met at any hotel. She goes above and beyond. So thank you to her I will be back.

We've stayed here before. The kids love the pool area and the game room. The common areas weren't quite as clean as in the past. We received good service from the staff when we needed them. Breakfast was always stocked with food even when busy on the weekend. The first impression of the hotel concerning the staff wasn't so positive. They were smoking out front at the entrance. Yikes. Not professionally dressed or very welcoming. Since this wasn't our first visit, we overlooked these things. A bit off putting!

I’ve stayed here several times in the past. I noticed on this trip that maintenance of the facility has deteriorated. Paint in many areas needs touching up. Floors in common areas needed mopping, elevator floors dirty, both days I was there. Windows need cleaning. Cosmetically not up to the same standards.

Highly disappointed. Not what we have experienced in other Comfort Inns. 5 day stay without any housekeeping service at all. Tub backed up several times. Carpet dirty in room and hallway. Breakfast staff unpleasant, sweeping and mopping around us while we ate ...1/2 hr before end of serving time. Also, Vacuum running while we ate breakfast..could not have a conversation. Keys not properly done so had to go downstairs and redo. Pool area dirty and pool itself run down and dirty looking. None of the staff said anything pleasant to us except the guy who checked us in when we first arrived. So disappointing. Our stay was, all in all unpleasant, to say the least.

Thank you for taking the time to review. We are sorry that your stay wasn't pleasant nor up to your standards. This is the first time of hearing about our breakfast staff being unpleasant and the rest of the staff. Unfortunately this is a 24 hour business and we do have to keep up on the cleaning. We can't leave spills on the floor in the breakfast room so they do need to mop and for the vacuuming there is no carpet in the dinning area, unless you are talking about the hallway that is far from that area. Once again we are sorry to hear about your stay and we will achieve to stride better.

We we're put in a room next to a bachelorette party. Music was shaking the walls. Called the front desk twice to have them do something and nothing was done. Asked to be moved to the other end of the building at 12:30am. Moved to other room, quiet but toilet did not flush! Asked for a full refund and they were reaching out to expedia to do this.

We are sorry to hear about your stay. We do not allow parties in our building. We did have a few nose complaints that night but they were taken care of. No one else reported nor the staff heard the walls "pounding". As for the toilet not working we don't understand why you waited to report that on your way out the next day but are sorry to hear you had an issue with that as well. We ask all guest to let front desk know right away if a problem occurs.

Great place for family. Came here to visit my daughter at UWO. I also have a younger child. He enjoyed the pool. Pool could have been cleaner though. They have a new game area with table tennis, pool table, and more which kids enjoyed. Rooms were nice and clean. Dining area for breakfast was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast in morning. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back when we come to Oshkosh again.

Zero parking spaces for hotel guests. I had to park at the Jimmy John’s next door. Property has seen better days. The building is older and has a bad facelift. Beds were great and room was large. Good place to stay as a plan B

Thank you for taking the time to reply. As we told your wife on the phone both managers were there when the both of you checked in and staff did the same policy as normal when you checking in. On the phone your wife was yelling and being highly rude. At one point staff had to ask what her name was because of her being hysterical on the phone. Your wife said the card was "hers" which looking into it you did not check in with her card. She also said staff was going around town using it. How? No one here has the physical card nor HER card. As we told her on the phone if someone stole her card she needs to report it to police. We are sorry to hear that someone took her card but we can guarantee it wasn't one of our staff. Any further questions or comments with be delt between the GM and you Brandon since it is your name and card on file and no one else per policy.

Waste of money
Extremely dirty bathroom, wasnt confident sheets were changed so i asked the front desk for clean ones to change them myself. Outside cameras dont work and lobby doors are not locked at night. Breakfast wasnt great.

We stayed here after a night game at Lambeau. It was easy to get to and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot. Would stay again.

Convenient location near the Interstate. East to access everything in Oshkosh and a great place to stay for a Packers game. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the fitness facility. The indoor pools are nice for families. Clean, quiet, fresh. Highly recommended.

Our room was ok for the most part. The outlets didn’t work so we had to switch some things around. The bathtub had holes in the wall I assume from a previous fixture. The water pressure was awful! The floors/carpet were very dirty. There could be some deep cleaning to be had. Also not that it affects me but there was a huge bag of garbage sitting next to the elevator for 2 days.

Hotel had a slight smell upon walking in. Got to our room and the bathroom sink was clogged with candle wax. Maintenance was able to take care of it right away. Otherwise our room was ok. Entire hotel could use some TLC.

Front desk had to fix my lights and my outlet in the bathroom, they were awesome though. It’s surrounded by construction and on the last day I was there they had zero coffee to offer. There was an Aldi up the street they could have bought some to offer at breakfast. My coffee maker in the room had an old used coffee filter pod in it, so I was nervous to use that. It’s an average hotel, I never felt unsafe.

Visible mold all over the lower 1/3 of the shower.
Tried three different times to check in. Room was never ready but our friends room was ready after the second time we checked back. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower curtain was full of mold. The water pressure was barely enough to rinse the shampoo from our hair. I did report the mold on the shower curtain to the desk when we checked out.

Nice place, few improvements needed
Overall it was a really nice experience but one room was dirty and some features broken. The other room felt like it had sand or dirt between the sheets but otherwise was in good condition. The handicap accessories were very helpful, though we had to put a towel down in the tub because the floor got real slick if soap was used.

Very nice spacious rooms, very clean! The breakfast attendant did a great job keeping that area clean and we enjoyed the game room. We will definitely be staying there again!

Very disappointed in this hotel
Room was very dirty. Shower had mold on the curtain. Asked them to change it, took them 2 days to finally address. Also lack of water pressure and no hot water only Luke warm. Hallway on my floor had muffin crumbs the entire 3 nights I was there.

If I can give this place 0 stars for cleanliness I would. When we walked into our room it was obvious that the room has not been cleaned. The TV was still on and the room key from previous guest was still in the room. There was crumbs on the floor and table tops. It’s really sad that this newer hotel is so understaff. We asked for a new room and staff told us they didn’t have any rooms available, they didn’t have staff to clean our room either, so they just gave us all new linen. We stayed for 4 days and they only had 1 cleaning person. The room next to us was being cleaned in the morning and we didn’t hear the vacuum go off once, that explains why I had allergies the whole time we stayed there. We came from out of state and checked in very late and didn’t come for pleasure just for business, so we just bared with it and stayed all for days. The staff was really nice, but due to understaffing there wasn’t much they can do. Even the “Manager” Tyler was cleaning room.

When we arrived the person at the front said she already had checked us in even though we just got there. When we got to the room it smelled bad and the TV was on. It seemed like someone was in there right before we got in. The toilet was dirty. My husband requested another room and they did switch us. The floors were dirty and probably hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Will def not stay here again.

I do apologize about the issues you encountered. We do check in any remaining arrivals at 11:30PM so that is why you were checked in already. I do see that you did not show up to the property until close to midnight. I am sorry that we will not see you again
