What a dump. The description on Travelocity is no where near what I experienced. It was bad several years and when I saw the descriptions, I thought “wow,” it looked like it had improved significantly. But I was wrong. The place is undergoing a serious renovation which it provides should have closed during the process. I have photos of the room and it’s good. The place was billed as having a breakfast to which there was NONE. When I tried to check out, another guest and I waited and waited and I even called and got no answer. Since it was just before 8am, I would have to assume that whoever was in charge had left the building. The other guest and I left our key cards behind the counter. I would strongly recommend that the place be closed and when the renovation is completed, then reopen.

Stay Away
I normally have good experiences at Super 8, but this place was not. I booked specifically because I enjoy the breakfast at Super 8. It was advertised when I booked as having the free breakfast available, but when I arrived I found they were renovating and nothing was available. I booked a Queen but was told they did not have Queen rooms. In the room, the bed frame was sticking out dangerously and could easily have caused a gash in a leg had we not noticed it. When I talked to the manager about my concerns, I was met with a terrible, smug, unconcerned attitude. He had no regard for my concerns. When we were leaving Sunday morning, the parking lot was a mess. It had snowed overnight and by 11:00, there had been no snow plowing, shoveling or salting of the parking lot.

Hello , jim sorry for the inconvenience . the only reason we are offer cheaper prize because we are not serving the breakfast , and that reason you pad only 50.00/ night also when you check inn we offer a refund but you not take that offer , i hope you understand that we under renovation and if you give as one more chance to serve you better thank you ..

Under renovation???? Right! Dirty. Carpet old and worn. Chair in room old and had holes. Half of the lamps(old and dirty) did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Holes in window screens. Door was loose and barely locked. Absolutely nothing accurate about the pictures.

Never again.
Under renovation shouldn’t mean in shambles. Given one towel. No way to plug the sink (can see straight down the pipes). No outlets around the single bedside table. Can’t open the bathroom door all the way. No breakfast even though it’s listed as an amenity.

Worst hotel ive stayed almost both super 8.
The room was very gross the bed sheets definitely weren't changed the fridge had black crumbs. Stains everywhere. I slept there for 1 reason work and i was tired never again ill go down the road and pay 10 dollars more

Rooms were cheap. Apparently the place was under new management and they were undergoing construction. The place Had ordered all new furniture but it wasn't going to be there for another 6 months so they still had the previous owner stuff but some of the rooms had undergone some renovations. There was still food on the walls. Tons of markings on the walls. The shower curtain rod were barely hanging in the walls in the bathroom. Place needs a facelift for sure. The worst part was that we left our purse in the hotel room. Didn't realize it till we were all the way home. 400 miles later and I called but they wouldn't send it to us even if I paid for shipping. That's something they don't do is what the nice man on the phone said to me.

Currently undergoing renovations according to check in staff so no breakfast. We had booked this because of the breakfast and mentioned this to him. He was kind enough to offer a discount because of the lack of breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Beds were firmer than usual but we still slept well. Well placed for restaurants and the interstate.

When I got there the desk person told me they were in the middle of remodeling and things weren't quite up to standard. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Moved my room to the first floor when they realized I couldn't walk up stairs.

They could not find our reservations and we asked if we could cancel and pay them but the hotel would not honor the rate. And were not nice.

I don't think I can identify anything unique about this Super 8. I can say that the hotel is somewhat run down and is currently going through a make over of sorts. There seem to be many small issues that need to be addressed.

The property is currently under construction and they do not offer breakfast. The owner/operator is exceptionally friendly and understanding, and I’m sure by the time they are done with the renovations, this will be a five-star hotel for price, location, and service.

The property at the time I was there was under some up keep and Maintenace. Which is under standable given it was not long after the EAA. And it is nice to see property owners on the ball with upkeep and maintenace. Nick the person I interacted at the front desk with was polite, personable and professional. And the area around the property had stunning and beautiful view's of the sky with out many impediments to enjoying the view when standing outside. What I mentioned and more made my brief stay beyond memorable ,rejuvinating and good.

I realize they are doing construction but it's awful the rooms stink there dirty and so outdated. Our bathroom door wound not shut. Furniture was so outdated mirror just leaning on the wall. They have nothing there no vending machines nothing at all! It wasn't worth the money at all!

Nasty! Horrific smelling room & hallway. Loud & noisy in doors and out. No fan in. Bathroom, riped window screen. Tiny TV that didn't work! No vending machines, No breakfast. Disappointed 😞☹️. Very depressing place stay.

Understanding that they were in a remodel.. it was still a somewhat unpleasant stay... Holes in the wall...No T.V. ... they had not yet activated their digital box and programming. AC did not work well, made for a muggy night. LOCATION to Wittman Airport and EAA facilities are A ESPECIALLY if you really enjoy seeing and watching airplanes.

Not as shown or describer on the web. No continental Breakfast as the Website said there was! Room was dirty, hole in the bathroom ceiling, holes in the door of the bathroom, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, Threshold on the entrance broken off, paint coming off the walls, sink and counter top terrible, Refrig no working, dirty under mattresses! The facility was recently purchased and is undergoing renovations, which will be great. However, in the meantime, no daily maid service—we had to request more toilet paper, and each night a note read that they had no more clean towels, so with only half the facility being rented, where were the towels? I understood breakfast during renovations, but a pot of coffee in the lobby would have been nice plus a way to get ice.

The outside door was broken. The bathroom was missing the flange around the spigots. Carpet in stairs was filthy!

The room was very hot, couldn't control temperature. Charged a $200 deposit that they didn't disclose about and policy doesn't allow return for 10 business days. Rooms were very outdated and kinda dirty. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was always running out, constantly had to tell attendant something needed to be refilled and, and she acted loke.it was a problem to do her job. Called the gotel to confront them about thw deposit and they were very nasty about it, pretty much said tou don't have to stay here again.. And I won't. Terrible experience.

The woman at the desk was very kind and compassionate. The room, while a little dated was clean and comfortable. The checkout process was a breeze. A few maintenance items would make a big improvement. Fixing the exterior lighting on the building and in the entrance would make it feel more welcoming.
