아카바의 최고 호텔
가격만큼 깨끗하고 아름다웠던 호텔, 방에서도 아카바 해변을 쫙 볼수있었고 다만 어린이를 데려가기엔 아쉬웠던 점은 유아풀장은 조금 미흡했습니다. 조식부페는 정말 맛있습니다. 특히 빵종류가 많았고 고급스럽습니다.

Hotelet är rent och fint direkt på stranden. Personalen är super trevliga och hjälpsamma . Libanesisk restaurangen på hotellet är en av bästa i Aqaba. Maten är väldigt god. Hotellet Frukost buffé är jätte bra.

The beach was perfection-bright , clean sand and sparkling water and the infinity pools were beautiful, all adjacent to the Red Sea and lovely landscape. I loved my room-clean and the bed put me in a comatose state. The staff answered all my questions and were kind and professional. I hope to return.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Speaking of the rooms, mine was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was pristine and well-stocked with essential toiletries. When we came to the checkin area First the lady said that our room is in low floor and she see we are not with kids. And people normally complain about the pool noise in the morning... it will be a good idea if we will upgrade the room, she said that they have a special offer bla bla... After telling her we have the VIP thing from hotel.com and we are eligible to free upgrade when available she started saying it's not working that way and they are always telling hotel.com to remove that offer from the web site 😏😏😏 Overall they were very confused and each representative gave another reason why we are not entitled for that free upgrade. After, she said we will have 20% off food and beverage and that they also give us 20 JOD credit. Eventually that also didn't happen 😕. Other then that. The hotel was great. Room is pretty big and shower is the best part. Need to note that the pool area is very small and there are not enough sun beds. We used a towel on the grass and it was definitely ok 😀

Beautiful beach front property on the Red Sea - in between Movenpick & Inter-Con hotels. Hotel looks and feels modern and stylish. Beach and pools are nice. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops so you have many options. I didn't really like the hotel breakfast buffet as it was busy and chaotic.

Nice beach area with soft sand and clear waters. However the passing tourist boats were very disturbing and annoying. Staff is very friendly and helpful but service for room service was very slow- took over an hour to get a few basic dishes. Rooms were nice, clean and big. Overall we had a nice experience but I think this hotel is priced too high for what is offered. If I had known what was at the hotel and in Aqaba I would not have stayed in this town and this hotel for such high prices.

Plage privée, piscine, au centre ville. Excellent.
L’hôtel est sur la plage, privée de surcroît, avec piscine. La chambre était vraiment spacieuse, vue mer et bien équipée. Minibar gratuit, Parking à disposition et d’excellents restaurants. Très bon service, à recommander.

Amazing holiday at the Kempinski
Amazing hotel, the room was huge, comfortable, clean with an amazing view. Huge bed with super smooth linen. Great breakfast, private beach, variety of restaurants to select from. Super nice and friendly staff. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend this wonderful luxury hotel
A beautiful modern hotel with private beach. From the moment you check in , staff makes you feel special with impeccable service everywhere in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer free non alcoholic drinks in room fridge. Balcony overlooking the Red Sea. Breakfast buffet had a large selection of delicious food. Ate at two restaurants in the hotel The food was delicious and the service was great . The location of the hotel is excellent , a short walk to the Center where there are restaurant and stores. We loved our stay. Next time we will come for a longer time !

Avis mitigé mais très bel hôtel
Avis quelque peu mitigé sur cet hôtel luxueux haut de gamme que nous avions choisi pour notre lune de miel. En effet; nous sommes venus en septembre 2022 à la fin de notre séjour en Roadtrip en Jordanie. Dès notre arrivée; on nous demande de régler un montant supérieur de plus de 140€ du montant que nous avions réservé en euros sur hotels.com, incompréhension totale. Ensuite; nous avions prévenus que nous sommes venus en lune de miel mais nous n’avons pas eu d’attention particulière dans la chambre jusqu’à ce que je leur signale… un peu déçue du service pour un hôtel aussi luxueux et aussi chère !! Mis à part cela; les restaurants et bars sont tout de même assez onéreux; prévoyez beaucoup d’argent pour vous faire plaisir… car ce n’est pas donné. Sinon, l’hôtel est magnifique; le petit déjeuner excellent, spéciale dedicasse aux serveurs philippins tellement adorable ! Et surtout à Jason du poolbar, adorable!
