La que he tenido una mala experiencia he sido yo! A la hora de cobrar le expliqué con toda amabilidad que en mi lugar no se cobra antes y usted comenzó a gritarme que ya estaba pagado! cosa que no era verdad. Le pedí que me muestre la reserva y al mirarla vimos que en ningún lugar decia que estaba pagado, usted seguía gritando que no iba a pagar dos veces y con comentarios agresivos diciendo que todos los argentinos somos prepotentes!! cuando le he tenido que decir varias veces que se calme. y baje la voz... nunca me pasó algo igual. Además cuando intenté cobrar por la tarjeta de crédito que dieron como garantía no era válida!!! En fin.... le he pedido a la agencia que les ponga claro en letra grande que tienen que pagar aquí. Personas tan agresivas nerviosas y que insultan cuando no tienen razón no son bienvenidas. Lo que deberían es pedir disculpas por haber estado confundidos con respecto al pago y por eso recibir gritos en insultos....
