Thank you so much for you feedback, we really appreciate it.We apologize if you felt our staff not friendly, but curiosly is actually one of our stronger positive point in most our reviews, but we understand, however we consider this is a maliciuos and not honest review because of the reason that this suppose happened the first night of your stay and you have decided to spent all the stay at a "not safe place"As a serius Hotel company we work really hard in terms of security and vigilance to give to our guest the tranquility and for their stay. And we worry about any complain of our guest hat's why we research so intense all the proves needed to demonstrate our Hotel is a safe place. What we don't understand and don't accept is your biggest complaint about the "missing" parts of your vehicle if the issue didn't happen here and we proved to you with the security videos, there were nobody around the vehicule during all night. We spent many hours researching on the videos to show you that the "rob" didn't happen here and you just kept insisting saying that was here.If you were %100 sure that the "rob" was here, why you didn't call the police? and we'd have been so happy to give to the autorithies all the CCTV and "resolve" something that never happened here.We actually called to the car rental companny (Alamo) and they told us that many of their cars don't have the center wheel cap, you better check your contract (green sheet) and make sure if you had it or not before assuming and acusse others.
