Vielen Dank Die Standardzimmer haben 16 m² und die oberen 20 bis 25 m². Aber beide versuchen sehr komfortabel und sauber zu sein. Das Warmwasser ist bei 39 Grad garantiert. In Arequipa versuchen wir, dass die Gäste uns helfen, sich darum zu kümmern. Wir sind in einer Wüste. Wir sind nur vier Blocks von der Plaza entfernt. Und wie schön, dass er unser Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen lokalen Produkten mochte.

Siento no cubrir totalmente su requerimiento. Los citofonos los hemos reemplazado con comunicacion con los huespedes a traves de sus celulares o tablets. Frigobar es un servicio en todas las habitaciones superiores. Estaremos siempre atentos a mejorar el servicio. Gracias por su comentario.

We try to cover your room needs based on your budget. But our service is the same at any rate: Very friendly, great breakfast, lots of information and trying to cover your needs every time.

SIento mucho no haber cubierto sus espectativas. La casa es muy amplia (1600 m2) y se accede al segundo piso por tres escaleras. Su condicion historica limita modificaciones arquitectonicas en las habitaciones (18m2 promedio). Tratamos de compensar eso con limpieza, buen servicio, atencion esmerada. Siendo el turismo de ocio nuestro mercado, los pocos valores (joyas, efectivo) que nuestros clientes desean guardar se colocan en la caja fuerte principal. Un moderno sistema inalambrico basado en el equipo del cliente (celular, tablet, pc) ha reemplazado el telefono para el servicio a habitacion 24 horas. Siento que no le hayan informado su funcionamiento. El desayuno buffet en el jardin es muy apreciado por nuestros huespedes extranjeros. Tanto como disfrutar del jardin central para su descanso, el bar de la tortuga y las populares clases de cocina. Gracias por visitarnos. Tomaremos en cuenta sus observaciones en lo posible.
