Mother-daughter 2 wk stay. This was great as a base for visiting all of Provence & everything was about an hour or less away. Loved the relaxing nature and authenticity of staying at a former farm in the countryside of Arles instead of in a city. The rooms are a bit austere & dated, I understand that this winter everything is being renovated & improved, so it should be just perfect then! We spent our last night at a hotel in Nice & altho totally modern with all comforts, it paled in comparison. I pined for the Feniere! I have to also emphasize that the 2 best meals we had in 15 days in Provence were our dinners at this hotel-everything is locally sourced in-season & cooked by a local chef. There's the local town just down the road with grocery and other local stores & area restaurants. Less than a 10 minute drive is the "commercial" district of Arles with big box stores, food stores, gas stations, and discount stores, even McDonalds, Quick and KFC. All hotel amenities listed are provided as described. The outdoor courtyard & gardens are lovely and a great place to eat, drink or relax. There are 2 pools & a jacuzzi. The countryside is fab with horses in adjoining properties. WiFi worked well, with 4 separate routers covering the whole property. The hotel was always quiet. The staff was incredibly nice & helpful, especially Julie in the mornings and Clement in the evenings were so friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again! Highly recommended!
