If you're looking for a friendly b&b experience where you are greeted on arrival by a host & there's the personal touch, this is not it. We were in room 4 - no view. the view from the breakfast/sitting room was nice. I assumed, wrongly, that we could have dinner there as it is a gourmet retreat, we couldn't - I should have checked before booking. Although it is next to a pub- that closed on Sat night at 7pm. It's a nice place & I suspect rooms 1-3have amazing views, but it wasn't an overly friendly place. I guess it depends on what you're looking for.
