This was a nice studio apartment with plenty of room, we stayed here for 14 nights, and it was only 15-17 minutes to the beach, shopping, or restaurants. Guston the owner/ manager was great. We got in late on the 1st night and he carried us to a restaurant, and showed us how to walk back to the apartment.

This place was the best! It was so nice, so clean and perfect to stay for a couple. It was very close to super goods so we would Shopp there to cook our breakfast. Quick walk to eagle beach like about 10 minutes walk probably less if you walk little faster. You do need a car if you want to explore more further that Eagle Beach .Our host was so helpful very nice on showing in us the whole studio and also offered us to take us groceries shopping until we get out car. We Locked ourselves out and in less than 5 minutes his wife was there to open the door for us . Definitely we will be booking this beautiful cozy studio again next year.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy Aruba. Freddie was very helpful. Beach chairs, ice box, mangos tree on property...amazing experience. No matter where you stay in Aruba, you must rent a car to enjoy the island as taxis are pretty expensive with no Uber option and renting a car is just about $30 per day.

Fantastic apartment close to the beach! Fresh mangos every morning from the tree outside, AC, hot water, beach towels, full kitchen, comfortable bed, reliable Wifi. Very peaceful location. Cleaning on MWF never woke me up, and the hostess allowed a late checkout, meaning one more day at the beach. Around the corner I really enjoyed Island Grind Coffee and BBQ Express Aruba.

Nicely decorated, immaculate, comfortable bed, excellent shower with real hot water (a rare thing in Aruba, normally it is just sun-heated water). Private parking, very responsive host. Very nice private sitting area outside of the room. Good quality beach chairs and snorkeling sets are provided. One thing needs a bit of improvement - the stability of wifi. It is a bit choppy at times, everything else is excellent.

This property had everything you could possibly need. It was super clean,quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio was very private and decorated with plants and palm trees with a nice cabana for morning coffee. This property was only 5 minutes from stores,restaurants, bars ,casinos and most important Eagle Beach !!

The 2-room apartment we had, has very nice interior furnishing, was very clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. What stood out was the personal touch everything has as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the host and neighbours. Grocery shopping in a large Superfood store with a US/EU-like assortment is 5 mins away by car, as is Eagle Beach, the beach we liked most after checking most of them out, or the lively center of Palm Beach. We recommend to have your own car. Its the best option to get around quickly and we were always able to find free parking, even during busy evening hours.

Great Place to Stay Near Palm Beach, Aruba
Brisas Studio Apartments provide all the amenities needed for a visitor who wants to spend a few days (or more) and explore Aruba. It is located within a 15-minute walk of Palm Beach and the major hotels and just a couple of blocks from such great restaurants as Papiamento and Gasparito. The host, Freddy Lugo, was very helpful every step of the way and really made my stay that much better. I highly recommend Brisas Studio Apartments.

The owners have extra amenities that you normally don't find in an apartment rental-- beach towels, beach chairs, flash lights, and even a straw beach bag attached to a hook with a sign, "Take me to the beach". Very charming! In addition, the apartment is cleaned three times a week, which is an added bonus.

amazing cozy place real close to palm beach
Brisas apartment was a great place to stay for our vacation. Upon checkin Marlon was friendly and gave us awesome recommendations (especially Pikas and Wacky Wahoos which may require reservations but we were able to walk-in and find one open spot) and the option of beers or sodas! The room was clean, had ample space, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have all the basic necessities. The location was a safe 15 minute walk from the Palm Beach strip but there are also parking spots for those who rent cars. Upon checkout Marlon gave us a place to keep our baggage as our flight was later and gave us a ride to where we were getting lunch! Overall a great experience!

An Amazing Studio Apartment
We had a wonderful stay here. A very clean, well equipped and tastefuly decorated apartment. The hosts Freddy and Conni and Marlon made you feel welcomed and were there to make sure that you had a pleasant stay. We thank them again for everything they did for us. We strongly recommend this location. If you are not avid walkers, a rental car is advisible.

Home away from home
Wonderful, extremely clean (3 day/wk cleaning), private, safe, quiet, relaxing. Enjoyed our meals in our own secluded garden area! Close to grocery and beach.. minutes by car. Located in a safe neighborhood, off the main Palm Beach Hwy. Most streets are unlabeled, so a little difficult to find the first time. We asked for directions at a grocery store.. a worker used his phone to call the Brisas number. We were told to stay at the store and and the hotel greeter, Marlon, would come to get us. Sure enough, she met us there and we followed her to the apartment. She walked us through the garden to, and through our room. Helpful hints were passed on to us about our room, the Aruba area, and Brisas amenities for our comfort. If something is needed, you call a number which is answered immediately. The Brisas is family owned. There are only 4 apartments for rent. No pool, ice machine, or laundry on site, but we went to our timeshare property for that. The owners, Freddy and Conny live on site. It is obvious the pride they take in their establishment, their attention to detail, and desire to accommodate..all the way down to beach chairs, ice chest and even a sewing kit found in the room for possible wardrobe malfunction! We stayed for 6 nights. The staff (of only 3, beside the owners) made us feel as one of their own family. We will definitely be back yearly. Have 6 wks of timeshare in Aruba, and enjoy staying local before and or after the resort stays.

We liked everything about this property. It was clean and just as promised. We enjoyed our privacy in a comfort of a charming 1 bedroom garden unit apartment with all amenities you’d want to see. The most amazing part of the stay was our host - Marlon. She was an excellent communicator, guide to local life, and even helped us organize a few things while there. She made our stay in beautiful Aruba.

Cozy apartment close to Palm Beach, Aruba
This apartment was very clean, nice, and very close to good restaurants and night life.....about 10-15 minutes walking distance....less than 5 minutes if you have a car. I rented a car...so driving distance was less than 5 minutes. Freddy, the owner of Brisas is nice person. He had a welcome drink for us... in our case it was wine, our preference. Apartment has nice decor. It is cozy, quiet, and comfortable. If you want a quiet comfortable place to stay...yet close to good dining, shops, and nightlife...this is the place to stay. Freddy, the next time I am in Aruba for vacation I will stay at Brisas.

Excellent price-performance ratio! Cosy appartment with beautiful patio garden. Hummingbirds were nesting in the palm plants - AMAZING! Friendly, privately owned and clean. You need a car to get there. The neighborhood is rather low class. The best beaches (Eagle beach, Manchebo Beach) and the great Super Food Plaza are in reach by car within 5-7 minutes.

My wife and I have visited Aruba a three times and staying in all different places. This one is the best of all. Marlon is a wonderful host, she met us with great hospitality and complimentary wine. The apartment is very nice, very clean, comfortable and quiet with beautiful private garden. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds in this garden. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location, 10-15 minutes walking distance to High Rise Hotels area with beautiful Palm beach, a lots of restaurants and casinos. If we go back to Aruba we’ll definitely choose Brisas again.

I would definitely book here again, if I return to Aruba. The room was very clean. I had apartment "C" which was quite spacious for just one person. Conny & Freddy were wonderful hosts.

Incredible value! Great hosts!
Amazing stay. Freddy and crew were great. The apartment and location were a perfect value. I would definitely look to stay here again.
