I'm gonna take the time to respond to this public review because it is absolutely false. First of all it disappoints me to read such a review because it is not true. I was not rude or disrespectful to Liliana & her husband not once and not ever to other guests. You can't say I don't follow "Aruba Covid protocols" because we are working so we are not obligated to wear masks. We are also sitting behind a plastic curtain which creates a barrier between us and guests at the front desk. I did print the Covid results for Liliana & her husband, but they walked away due to their impatience. About the guest that you say came after you, he came BEFORE you to return a vehicle and I went outside to check the car and when I came back inside with him you guys had just entered the office. So yes, he was BEFORE you. Liliana's husband had started verbally attacking the other guest claiming that he "jumped the line". You can't claim that I did not respect you. It's actually the other way around; you did not respect me or the other guest. The reason I asked you to wait outside is because the office was filling up with people and you only had to wait for me to bring you your Covid test results so you had no urgent reason to be INSIDE the office. This has NOTHING to do with discrimination. I deal with all sorts of nationalities on a daily basis so my job requires me to be the OPPOSITE of discriminatory. I actually enjoy American culture as well as Latin culture and/or Dutch culture as I deal with these all day every day. My experience with these guests is that, unfortunately, they are very difficult and non-cooperative. Other guests who have witnessed their behavior would agree on this. I speak for all those who work in the service industry and have to deal with these type of guests who will try to tarnish your name and reputation because they themselves are difficult and have a big ego. To summarize I hope other front desk agents at wherever Liliana & husband might travel to in the future do not fall victim to these types of mistreatments. Other guests who I have dealt with will all disagree that I am disrespectful, impolite, discriminatory or whatever false label you guys may have given me.
