QR code for hotel services wouldn’t load
I called restaurant, no answer, full voicemail
Called front desk for room service, no room service, you have to get food yourself at restaurant.
Morning breakfast had no buffet, no one else in the restaurant.
I had asked front desk to provide caffeine free tea bags since my room had none. They didn’t provide them.
The restaurant made me a nice tea while I waited.
I had gotten up at 3 am and drove hours through NC State of Emergency rain, flooding, wind weather.
I had to sit in restaurant and not rest.
Online it showed name of hotel as Hilton Downtown, not a Garden Inn. Services seemed very scaled back. Hotel texted with how things were going and I asked for tea in my room. They didn't bring me any, but texted "ok".
I can't use Hilton Honors with booking through Expedia.
