Added day two had to do it thru Expedia again. Shut my keys off for incidental charge let me walk in go upstairs without saying g anything. Brought keys down than had to go back for cc! Exhausted hot, hands full and had dog! Not nice. Than she had attitude. If I was t so tired would of left

Booked this hotel because of the indoor hot tub, and it was out of order when we arrived. Noisy all through the night.

The property is convenient to the Hope Woman's Oncology center. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Very friendly to pet! Like there is trail around hotel property. The room itself, may need some deep cleaning, bottom of the furnitures have lots of dust.

Check in: there was a woman at the front door harrasing everyone for money with a story about her car and needing money to get home. I told the desk clerk and she just looked at me like she just didn't care, nor did she respond. Following morning: breakfast lady was texting and never noticed all the people in there. One guy had to tell her there was no juice. 2nd guy told her the waffle machine wasn't working. There was no creamer for coffee (only hazelnut and vanilla) no cold refrigerator items at all such as the usual yogurt and cold items. Needless to say, this being the second stay at this hotel in a month, I will not return.

Older facility that has been renovated in recent years. Did not love the busy area, but it was pretty quiet through the night. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. What more could you ask.

The air unit in our room I think needed to be maintenanced. It was incredibly and sounded like a jet engine warming up. It was so loud my husband turned it off because we couldn’t sleep but then it got so hot we also couldn’t sleep because of that. Did not get a restful sleep.
