This is a very nice hotel, with lots of support facilities. That said, once we had checked in, the problems started. We got to our room and neither of our keys worked; in fact, neither did the key of one of the nearby support staff. They got on the phone to the front desk and after a few minutes (we were still standing in the corridor with our luggage all this time) a more senior person from the front desk came by and he couldn't get in either. Instead of ringing for a new room, he decided to walk back to the front desk to explain the problem. We asked again for a different room but no can do. Eventually, after standing around in the high heat (the corridors were not cooled!) a more senior person came and offered us a new room, which we gladly accepted. Finally, after about 30 minutes, we were finally in! Next day, when we returned, similar problem, except this time our keys wouldn't work but the maid's did. We almost immediately got new keys and had no more problems!! These are the reasons for only 4 stars for the facilities!!
