We loved the chalet loft concept of our place though didn’t know until we arrived that the location was the 3rd building up from the ski run. Skiing off was a short walk but returning was a longer hike up many flights of stairs. Our unit was very clean though and overall a very nice stay.

Next time I recommend a 2 bedroom as they will be located on the first or second floor of their respective buildings. But you wouldn't have the vaulted ceilings. Great spot in Snowmass if you need low-frills lodging at a "reasonable" cost. The staff was very communicative and accomodating for our needs. Be aware that the condos are on the mountain so there's a chance you might hear the snow groomers at 6:30am. Additionally, the "loft" in these units has low wood beams on the ceiling due to the A-frame build so if you're taller than the average NBA forward, you'll need to exercise additional care when walking around in the loft area or wear your ski helmet inside, especially at night.

The staff at Crestwood is the absolute best. I stay there regularly and they always go above and beyond to make the stay perfect! I go to Snowmass 20-30 times a year for business and Crestwood is always my first option for a place to stay.

We were very pleased with the town, the comfortable beds, quiet area, spacious accommodations, friendly staff and neighbors, and the whole condo property. Also loved riding the gondola to shops, drinks and food.

Great Place - Parking Scarce
Great staff and accommodations. Beware, there may not be enough parking for all the guests. When you get a parking spot, just let the car sit there. The condos are close to everything except the grocery store.

Plenty of room
Awesome place with good access to nearby mall and restaurants. Nice big room for two people and though maybe dated it all fit well together. Only complaint was two washing machines not working and really threw me off that last day but other than then pretty much no problems.

These are nice and the shared amenities are great. Individual units may have issues (e.g., our mattress was not good) and some are not situated as well as others for walking to the ski area/hot tubs.

We stayed in a nice loft unit on the top floor. It was clean, and well appointed. The staff was helpful and interested in making our stay a good one. Be prepared to walk up exterior stairs with your bags. There are no elevators. Good value. We would stay here again.

Place smelled like burned fish. Aired it out two diff days and smell always returned. Carpet was filthy..Didnt want to let feet touch floor w/o socks. Extremely noisy... more of a college dorm experience than a mountain getaway. I'm a certified Network Engineer and ironically have almost exactly the same services and tv at home and still couldn't get main tv to show any channel but CNN. Some of the front desk staff were extremely good and professional.

After we complained about the room and the porta potty and construction noise they were very good and transferred us to a great place away from all that mess. They were very helpful and understood our distress.

My rugby team rented three condos from Crestwood in mid-September. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep and each unit was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was very crowded and it was difficult to navigate and find a spot.
