굉장히 안락하고 아름다운 숙소
숙소가 굉장히 아름다웠습니다.실제로 관광객들이 지나가면서 사진을 많이찍었습니다. 룸에서 본 뷰는 아씨시 도시전경을 볼수있어 좋았습니다. 수압도 좋고 인테리어, 직원들도 굉장히 상냥합니다. 다만 밤 7시 이후에는 직원이 상주하지 않아 클레임을 할수없는 점이 아쉽습니다. 그럼에도 굉장히 만족스러운 곳입니다.

많은곳을 여행해봤지만 숙박시설이 기억에 남아서 다음에 또 묵고싶은곳은 흔치 않은것 같습니다. 여행자일지라도 아씨시에 깊이 녹아들게 만드는 정말 만족스럽고 감탄이 나오는 곳입니다. 떠나는날 아쉬워서 눈물이 나올꺼같았어요. 어느것 하나 빠지지않고 아씨시 여행을 완벽하게 만들어준 숙소였습니다. 물론 너무 친절했습니다.

Excellent atmosphere with terrace, beautiful view, convenient location. Management on site only until 3, if you check in later you will get a lockbox code to pick up your key but no information on where food may be obtained.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Assisi. A short walk to the main square. Our room was appointed with many antiques and opened to our own private backyard area with a large garden and a small table and one of the best views in all of Assisi. Highly recommended

La struttura ha rifiutato la nostra prenotazione su Expedia. La reception virtuale via telefonica è stata imbarazzante….. arrivati davanti alla struttura abbiamo telefonato e ci ha detto che non aveva posto ci propone una struttura a 20 km. Non un accenno di scuse nessuna proposta compensativa. Expedia non fa Bella figura ad avere certi partner. Meritano di andare a lavorare la terra.

Buongiorno, siamo molto spiacenti per quanto è successo. Non è nostra abitudine rifiutare le prenotazioni, è il nostro lavoro vendere accoglienza nel rispetto di tutti i nostri ospiti. Purtroppo a seguito di un alto numero di prenotazioni, non abbiamo fatto in tempo a chiudere la disponibilità sul portale, quindi al momento della sua prenotazione non avevamo purtroppo camere disponibili. Le abbiamo quindi proposto di soggiornare presso l'altra nostra struttura, Il Garden Resort & Spa che dista soli 8 km dal centro storico di Assisi e non 20, in un'oasi di pace e tranquillità nella campagna Umbra, terra che sì, lavoriamo e curiamo con amore e passione. Contrariamente a quanto scrive, Le abbiamo proposto un'alternativa per il suo soggiorno offrendole in regalo, per scusarci, anche un percorso nella nostra spa ed un aperitivo per due. Il tutto assieme alle nostre scuse, ma la nostra proposta non ha incontrato il vostro gradimento ed è stata rifiutata. Tutto questo, per quanto spiacevole per tutti, non può e non deve offendere il lavoro e la dignità di quegli operatori che effettuano il proprio lavoro tutti i giorni con onestà e amore, nell'assoluta consapevolezza che umanamente, e professionalmente, si può in questo mondo anche sbagliare. A night in Assisi
We stayed in the Beatitudes room & it was one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Assisi!

Hotellet er scoret alt for højt i forhold til pris
Fint sted - super beliggenhed med stor tereasse. Værelset på 2 sal, var stort med 2 værelser og 2 badeværelser og bar præg af ikke at være brugt et stykke tid. Der var ikke rent og ingen varmt vand - men vi fik en nøgle til et badeværelse på 1. sal for der var varmt vand. Selvom vi var der 4 dage, så blev udfordringen med vandet ikke løst. Så en score på 9,3 synes vi ikke machter det vi oplevede - desværre.

Gentili Ospiti siamo spiacenti dell'accaduto, purtroppo il problema che avete vissuto non poteva essere risolto in meno di una settimana a causa di un pezzo di ricambio che doveva pervenirci dalla Germania, come da voi sottolineato 1 bagno di 2 presenti nell'appartamento aveva questo problema in più abbiamo messo a disposizione per tutta la durata del soggiorno usufruire gratuitamente di un altro appartamento con doccia, oltre al secondo bagno già presente nell'appartamento, spiacente che il nostro problem solving non sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative, torni a trovarci e provvederemo a compensare con una vacanza indimenticabile! Old world charm!! We were greeted by the property manager who walked us through our room, showed us the lovely gardens and made sure we knew how to reach him. Assisi is a quiet town and this beautiful place is very centrally located within the town. This is important as you'll be doing a LOT of walking! Our room included a very large sitting area which was also nice to have at the end of each day!

Great Stay!
Beatrix was the highlight of our stay here. She was friendly and helpful. The room was small but well appointed. The location is perfect - just a block from the Spanish Steps. We would definitely come back.

Live like Royalty.
Stepping through the door was taking us to another world and time. Beautiful period furniture, large character filled rooms and our own private garden with fruit trees and sun lounges. All of this was next door to one of the main cathedrals in the old town. Hard to top.

Cosy, beautiful & local-feeling near everything!
This place was beautiful and charming with an absolutely stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. Each apartment was cost and felt just like home unlike most hotel rooms. Parking is not so nearby, though. The apartments are nearby everything in the center of town on the other hand. The folks at the hotel were also very nice and helpful, too. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience
we had a two room suite with attached garden on the ground floor. Setting was beautiful with older stone masonry and period furnishings. This room was probably the most impressive that we enjoyed during our month long trip to Italy. Francesco, who was in the office during our stay, was uniformly polite and helpful throughout the stay.

Slight confusion on arrival in that we were given the wrong room. This was sorted promptly and we were given the room we had paid for and were very happy.

We can feel living in Asshiji
It was very good location, very beautiful view from the windows, very clean rooms and old fashoned furnitures,excelent coloring items and chiafully birds singing. The clerks were very kind. Breakfast was very good and enough. There is a Roman heritage under the floor of restaurant. We spend over two nights, it very good times. we want to stay here again.

A step back in time.
Arriving in Assisi late one evening, we arrived at the front door to their office, and as promised, all was in perfect order. Opening the door to our apartment, we let our a gasp - it was magnificent! While we felt as though we were back in the 12th century with its decor, we had all the comforts of a modern hotel. Espresso maker, wi-fi, fully modern bathroom, two bedrooms (one in a loft), and a commanding view of the valley, all within walking distance to everything. Serena, the young woman who greeted us on our first morning there, and Dante, who provided us with an amazing breakfast and all the cappuccino we could drink, was charming. We were even able to get recommendations of personal favorite restaurants by other staff members, and the food in those eateries was spot-on. On our last morning, we were fortunate to be able to leave just a little later, having enough time for one last quick spin around Assisi before heading down to Santa Maria Degli Angeli and our next destination.

Romantic room with good view
Amazing stay at this hotel. Room was really really lovely and we totally enjoyed our stay! Room was decorated with Roman style and it gives you extra feeling that you are actually in Italy. Good view from the room as well. Stay in this hotel can absolutely spice up your holiday. Staffs were kind, helpful and we did not have any problems with them. We could leave the luggage there after our checkout time as well. Breakfast was ok, but could be improved in some ways. Bed can be little short for them who are bit tall ;)

The staff was so nice and they brought the breakfast to the room for no charge. Such a great location yet peaceful. I loved this place. Hard to find a room with so much space in Italy (this is my 5th trip here) and honestly the best accommodation I have encountered

The Hotel has lovely character in the way that it is furnished and cared for. The views from my rooms were beautiful and wide-ranging over the valley. I was there at a quiet time. The members of staff that I met were very polite, friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable in the hotel and had a very tasty breakfast each morning.

Elegant hotel suite in Assisi
Can't say enough good things about the suite. Large, spacious and elegantly decorated. Most noted was for a tiled room it was warm. Most rooms in Italy in february seem quite cold but not this one! Excellent place to stay in a beautiful town.

A great place to stay in Assisi
This was our second trip to Assisi. We stayed 3 nights. We selected this hotel through a travel book which has always given good recommendations. This time was no exception. This is an outstanding hotel. Small, up to date, quiet, comfortable, and clean-nothing disappointed. Large sleeping and living areas. The view of the valley from our private balcony was great for relaxing after a day of walking up and down the hills of the town. The breakfast room was located a very short walk down the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for sight seeing and dining out. Public parking is reasonably close. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely historic hotel
Excellent place to stay in Assisi, 5 minutes walk from the main piazza. We had a lovely 2-room suite with a private garden. The arched stone ceiling in our bedroom was painted in a style reminiscent of the late-Gothic ceilings in some of the nearby churches. The only complaint is that there is no staff on site after 6 pm. While this is understandable given the small size of the hotel, it eliminates the nicety of having someone available to address any issues. NOTE: Staff is available via telephone and is based at a co-owned hotel several miles away in the country.

A most enjoyable place to stay in Assisi
We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Residenza d'Epoca tremendously. It was truly lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, happily offering a map and directions. Our beautiful suite even included an iPad for our use. The bed was a little too firm for us, but not unusual for Italy. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed with large towels and a pleasing array of toiletry samples. The shower, too, was comfortably sized with good water pressure and temperature control. The wifi was a little iffy in the bedroom, but worked well in the living area. Breakfast was delicious with coffee, tea, juice, croissants, pie, eggs, cheese, meat, etc. Katya, the hostess, was particularly kind and fun to speak with as she was trying to improve her English. The Residenza was quiet and restful. It couldn't have been a more pleasant place to stay while falling in love with Assisi.

Das Hotel ist in angenehmer, ruhiger Lage. Bester Service und Betreuung seitens der Betreiber. Großes Lob! Frühstück gibt es an der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Auch dieses ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr überdurchschnittlich bemessen - es fehlte an Nichts. Gute Auskünfte, Hinweise auf kostenlose Mitbenutzung des SPA Bereiches (ca. 6km entfernt) Einfach ein sehr schöner, gepflegter und mit Herz geführter Familienbetrieb! Sehr zu empfehlen. Bei meiner nächsten Assisi-Reise werde ich auch dort wieder um ein Zimmer anfragen!
