It is nice to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location close to public transportation and close to the beach area. We are really sorry for the comment the guests that were served in our bar made to you. Unfortunately some people have a bad taste of humour. The music that woke you up at 02:00 was not coming from our bar as it closes that time. Aslo the volume of the music is always at the same level, according to the law directions, so that we do not annoy neither our guests nor the neighbors.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. As we recall we send 3 times the cleaning lady to your room and it was neither dirty nor smelly. Your booking was not made for 2 people, and nowhere was mentioned you needed a baby cot but we sent one as soon as you arrived. We informed you that we could provide you with another room the next day since we were fully booked. We understand that the fact that we denied your request for free cancellation 2 days before arrival because you had booked your stay in other place made a negative impact to you but when you book on non refundable basis and change your plans cancellation fees apply and this is something you knew during booking.
