Check-in took longer than expected. I got a room that was not ready. I got another room that was supposed to be ready but was not. Had to wait over 30ms to finally get a clean room. Definitely did not appreciate having to go up and down with my luggage twice before finally getting a room. If that was the first time, I would have been like " it happens" . This is however my second visit here and I encounter the same concerns. I am not sure if I'll be coming again

I didn’t have sheets on my bed, there was weed everywhere and the floor was very dirty. I had to leave in the middle of the night because I couldn’t sleep there. Hope they do better in the future

It was NOT clean. I had a couple of reservations back to back and housekeeping NEVER CAME! I had to go to the front desk to request linens, and stuff to clean my room with.

The room smelled terrible. The all of the linen and towels were stained. TV didn’t work. Could hear every single noise outside. Luckily it was only one night. Won’t stay again.

The beds were very hard not comfortable at all nonice blankets only a sheet and a thin holey blanket. The room next to us was very loud and hitting the walls didnt get hardly any sleep. Kids were outside running around with no adults being rude to us.i will never stay here again

The lady at the front desk is rude as hell, and when coming into the place it recked of urine . I literally smelled like someone took a piss in the lobby and left it there for days. The room smelled like hot piss which was coming from the ax unit. It was hell must I say. If you dirty stay there if you’re looking for comfort don’t even think about it.

The mattress was brown and in need of replacing. The toilet seat was broken and in need of replacing. I took pictures because the manager was of no help nor would she refund my money so I can go elsewhere. Do not go to this hotel at all.

This property is not safe because of the environment it keeps. Blocked stairs, kids smoking pot on stairs . Room was disgusting dirty.. food on floor stuck, and a poor udgrade bathroom had little to be desired. Not recommend

Crystal was very nice she was at the front desk. I left two days early because my room smelled like cigarettes. My son caught an asthma attack from the smell. I tried getting refunded for the two that I didn’t stay and I was denied. Not fair if I paid for a non smoking room and only smelled cigarettes. On top of all that the pool was filthy and the rugs in the hotel need to be changed.

This Days Inn was TERRIBLE. Not up to Days Inn standards. Upon check-in, the air conditioner would not work and we were moved to another room. In that room, the TV was completely out of order. They had to remove it and bring in another -- took 1 and 1/2 hours. There were NO decor or pictures on the room. Very dirty. This Days Inn should be closed.

This place was terrible. I made the mistake of not looking at the pictures in the reviews, but it was awful. There were bed bugs and cigarette burns in the comforters. As soon as we got there, the electricity went out. We couldn’t even leave to be able to get back in. The door locks wouldn’t work. Only option was to sit in the dark for 4 hours. They wouldn’t even give us a refund.

Young children laying on skateboards and scooters, drifting across the parking lot. Teenagers literally laying in the middle of the parking lot wresting and playing with a kickball near people vehicles. Young adults and grown folks running around people vehicles with water guns or laser guns. The "pet room" smelled like a petting zoo. They brought in a can of air freshener with 3 sprays left in the can. The bed linens were dirty and had to be changed. The metal latch to lock the door was literally hanging with the screws falling out. Had to wait for maintenance to drill new holes to re-drill holes. The pool has posted hours of 10am-8pm. The pool was empty until 815pm, then there was a party. We left to grab dinner and came back to the police in the parking lot with rifles drawn looking for someone. Oh yeah, can't forget the helicopter flying overhead to assist the police. Then after all of the above chaos, people came back outside making noise and running around in the parking lot like it was a playground. I was finally able to tune them out and fall asleep a little after 2am.

When I’ll be. Over I was paying for a king size bed they told me there no king size available in the building and they want me get 2 beds queen size and I feel like that was disrespectful they need to reserved the room for the guest before they coming !

Arrived to the property to check in got our room key. Went to our room greeted by a strong Oder of marijuana all the way down our hall. Finally got to our room it smelt like cigarettes and weed. Not to mention the room was filthy. Confronted the front desk about the situation they offered another room which smelt like the first room and was just as nasty. The manager refused to give us a refund because of the 24 policy. STAY AWAY.

Hello Shane, We would like to apologize for your experience with the smell, we implement a strict no-smoking policy and make sure that guests who violate those are reprimanded. We would appreciate it if these issues were reported during your stay as we could have sent back our cleaners and done a more thorough refresh of the room.

the lady at the front desk when i was checking in , spoke to me like i was stupid because i didn't understand why i needed to pay a deposit before checking in since i've never done that before . as far as i'm concerned , there's nothing wrong with asking questions about such things but , i guess to her , it was a problem .
