In general ok. The building itself like for example, elevators, room cealing, room carpets needs more attention. I mean maintenance because it was very deteriorating condition. Also it would be nice if they have a good variety of goodies or munchies store at all times (it was very limited).
The most I did liked very much was the breakfast options.
The only nice staff at front desk was the night manager who very sweet and nice changed us room since the one we just checked in was not properly cleaned or sanitized. Hair in pillows and debri on the floor beside one of the beds. The 6 days we stayed the rest were always with long faces and not welcoming. But the worst was the last day when the front desk employee open his mouth out loud to the janitor in front of everyone during breakfast on Sunday saying: "this is america and that the janitor needed to speack enlgish because he didn't understood spanish". I felt so bad for the janitor that first of all was an elderly man and deserve respect. Second, as a front desk employee he is the one that must at least speak two languages. Third, in America which is a continent and does not mean only USS, Spanish is also spoken in South America. This ignorant and dumb comments and specially from a hotel employee are unaceptable.
