The hotel was overall nice. We were very happy with the size and cleanliness of our room. There were a couple of ladies at the front desk that were very nice and welcoming. (I wish I remembered their names.) And then there were some at the desk who didn’t even greet us, it did not ruin our stay though, we would stay here again.

The property was nice; however, the shower in the bathroom needs a little attention. The caulking and grout for the tile need to be cleaned better or updated.

Very basic room. No USB ports and some wall outlets did not work. Strikes me as an older property that has been well maintained. Service desk staff is ridiculously polite and professional and helpful. Absolutely love the location.

It was very nice, just a little too far away from more action for me. I could see how others would definitely like being away from crowded area - i just happen to like them when thy are crowded.

This place is in a Business Park and I guess there were no conferences or much business because it was a ghost town. It was very pretty with trees and outdoor areas, but it was winter. I felt very safe traveling alone. I would use them again. I paid extra for breakfast, but I would skip that next time.

We booked a room for 3 and there was no blanket for 3rd person. When asked the front-desk, the lady present was very rude and was not even willing to listen. I had to sit 20 minutes for security to bring the blanket from housekeeping. I wish they train the staff bit more professional.

I loved the customer service of the front desk and our breakfast dining was nice along with the impeccable cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and business

Dogs barked and howled for 7.5 hours. Hotel did nothing when asked repeatedly…… just absolutely no regard for guests.
