I will never use Expedia or stay at a LaQuinta hotel again, I promise.
I made reservation for a handicap room. I spoke with your representative to confirm my reservation being for handicap room, which he did confirm that it was for a handicap room with hand rails in bathroom and roll in shower, (My wife can not walk, she is wheelchair bound.) I have a printout of my reservations. On checking in to the LaQuinta, the only room they had was for a standard room, The clerk gave the impression of "take it or leave" attitude, They had given the handicap room to another guest.
It was a terrible experience, that I do not want to experience again. It was a combination of the lack of professionalism in making my reservations and for the LaQuinta desk clerk's attitude.
