The hotel clerk was nice and courtesy. The hotel is definitely old and needs to be renovated. The room was dark, damp & musty. No face towels were provided. Definitely not my choice but room was offered due to layover.

I called the front desk to arrange a pick up for the hotel shuttle. I ended up wandering around the airport because they wanted to pick me up in an unloading zone rather than the hotel shuttle loading zone. But it also gets better; there are TWO Days Inns that are about 2 miles apart. It’s easy to end up getting in the wrong shuttle and then having to Lyft/Uber over to the correct one.

My room was downstairs. The hallway carpet is dirty and the smell overwhelming. When I walked into my room I was relieved it was clean. However, in the bathroom, it smells like urine by the bath tub. The toilet tank needs adjusting if you don't do it right. The check in attendant was on phone when I arrived. Never acknowledged me only to get off phone and ask what I needed.

This place is the worst of the worst. Do Not stay here at all. Is not safe. Towels were dirty and unusable. The Non smoke room was smelling like someone had smoked all day and night. The floor was tired and wet from the leaking A/C. I had to put a chair by the door I felt unsafe. The front desk was unhelpful and no phone in the room at all to call front desk. No breakfast or coffee at the place. The bathroom was nasty. Never again.

The front desk gentleman didn’t seem to know how the suttle worked. After a 12h flight, I was super tired and just wanted to rest. It took me more than an hour to get to the airport because he couldn’t give me the correct information on where the shuttle would be waiting. The employee did something he didn't have to do, that help my family and I out. I don't smoke but I was told that we had to get a smoking room because of the mix up on the checkin dates. The room wasn't clean and the tissue was almost gone and there was none in the room. There was a roach egg by the sink. The room wasn't clean. I start to wheezing being in a smoking room.

This was actually very expensive for the conditions. We paid $122 CAD for the room and it wasn't in par with the cost. The washroom had a dead cockroach, the ceiling popcorn texture was falling off from humidity, the window was a single pane not very well sealed facing an expressway which was very noisy. The entire facility was very run down and in need of a big facelift. Even the shuttle vehicle was a very old Chevy cargo van.

Shady very bad what the purpose of having a microwave in the room if u can't warm your food up then turn around and say I was not suppose to be cooking in the room but then say the room smell like food so I guess I suppose to eat my food cold
