I loved the elevator. Simple pleasure. Room service individual was EXTREMELY accommodating, kind and pleasant. He deserves a raise.

My room had to be changed the air conditioning didn’t work . The next room they gave us old candy was on the floors . No one came and cleaned our room when I asked several times . I stayed here before . I will never stay here again

Lobby area looks great and service is excellent. Unfortunately my bathroom was out dated and not very clean. There was mold in the shower and hair in various places of the bathroom. The air conditioner was noisy and kept waking me up. Room service was prompt; food was average. It was ok for one night, but I would not stay longer than that.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. The shuttle bus was a little late behind picking us up from the airport but thats better than them not showing up at all. Even though the parking was just a few dollars more for parking. I felt beeter about it, because its in a gated area.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Westin! The indoor pool was amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The tub was slow to drain, maybe they should update the bathroom to just showers. I don’t know? The elevator was always working, the lobby was most definitely a vibe. The huge gigantic flat screen TV was a plus! My daughter and I came here for a quick Spring Break getaway! The only downside was we didn’t request a top floor room with a great view! We will come back!

We were told the shuttle would pick up and 15min and 45min mark every hour. We arrived at 12am, from long travel day with a 2 and 5 year old. 15 min mark comes. No shuttle. I called at 12:20, was told it would be there in 2 mins. It never came until 45 after. Then, 1 front desk staff checking in a line of people. We got to our room at 1:36am.. the second desk personnel didn’t come out until we started complaining because the line was so long and moving so slowly.

After traveling halfway across the world with still another flight to go, we decided to book a room at the Westin. The location is convenient for travelers, and the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from the airport. We arrived well before our 3pm check in time and were still offered a room right away. The room itself was clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of complimentary water and staff was very friendly and helpful. If ever we have a lengthy layover again, we are staying here!

The restaurant waiters/waitresses were so nice! They found out my daughter was there for a cheer comp and surprised her with a cheesecake and wrote good luck on the plate! They made her night!

I stayed at the Westin the day before I flew out for spring break and the day after I got back. Used the long term parking. That was $225.00 on top of the almost $400.00 I paid for two nights stay! Both times the dining service was horrible! Waiters and waitresses were lazy, didn’t pay attention to any of the customers needs on both occasions! My second nights stay my shower didn’t work! Had to play with it for almost 10 minutes to get it working! Told the guy at the from desk upon checkout and he said “Oh… Ok… Sorry….

The staff was absolutely so rude and we weren’t there for very long. We were just staying overnight and then leaving the next morning to get on a flight. The hotel was extremely subpar all the way around.
