Assigned room 117 was on the roadside. Deserted area, unsafe, bed linens had dirty spots, bathroom door lock broken, holes in the wall, the room just turned you off from staying. Requested a refund and request was denied. Offered another room but the location and setting did not past the test for me to stay another minute.

The counter person was really rude. He refused to help me until i moved my car in the snow because their parking lot was closed. He had a bad attitude and after driving through snow to get there he could have been nicer about it

This property looks nothing like the pictures on the website. This property is very dirty, located in an unsafe location the room heat didn’t work. Staff didn’t care. Website said they serve breakfast the only thing they had was coffee

The pillows were clearly small and shabby. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The tub is clearly due for a polish. They couldn’t provide 1 more towel until the next morning (it was 2am when requested)

I do not recommend it
The sheets were burned with cigarettes, the smell was terrible even because I requested a “non-smoking” room. Better look for another option and don't ruin your stay in that place.

you better look for another hotel
I do not recommend this hotel because the smell is very unpleasant, the sheets have cigarette burns.

Time for a upgrade
Everything was fine except the rooms and the whole hotel needs an upgrade....im sure they make enough money at that property to start some kind of renovation...the lobby was pretty clean thank goodness bc they did have free breakfast

Rude and cheating at the desk. They charged 15 dollars for the parking even when there was no one parked, and it was not mentioned at the booking time. Broken and dirty place. Neighborhood was scary.

This place was not worth the effort. I refused to even use the shower. The tub was dirty, furniture was old and dirty. The carpet looks like it's never been clean. My daughter and I are sick with flu-like condition. I would not recommend this property to my enemy.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but you should bring the deposit slip to get your 100.00 deposit back otherwise there is a different procedure for it. So you did not bring the slip and they tried to explain what will the procedure be and you did not even try to listen to them.

Most reviews on here are bad but honestly the hotel is fine! It’s not a 5 star resort but it’s cheap and a perfect place to sleep, it’s all you need. Bed was huge!!! So big and comfy, I slept amazingly. Clean room and lots of tv channels. Air con worked perfectly. Not much else you can ask for.

Don’t believe the pictures
This hotel is extremely dated. The pictures make this place look fresh and modern. They lie. Place looks like a sleazy no-tel motel from the late 70s/80s. I know it was October when I visited, but looked like the pool had been closed for years. No mention of having to pay to park in the hotel lot. And really sketchy that parking was cash only.

You need to pay for parking because it is not included with your room price and we had taken the lot for lease and we need to pay them by cash, only for that reason we take cash for parking.

A hotel for a quick trip
The stay was ok for the price. The elevator was annoyingly loud. The room was fine. Just some water damage on the walls. There was no breakfast as advertised. Its fine for anybody lookinv to stay a night or two and then explore but nothing else.
