The only issue I have with the unit is the elevators the elevators don’t work properly and the lack of housekeeping that’s supposed to come in and clean the rooms. The swimming pool area was too much people, and it was not clean at all and we had to cut our swimming pool time short will I go back to the hotel? Not really there’s nothing really to do there especially for a child.

The elevators were so long to wait for and were always full when it finaly opened on the floor you are, it was like a joke between other people that were there because every one was thinking the same thing it was kind of funny but also a waste of time.. Classic property, close to all the action. Attached to Ballys, Wild Wild West and Caesars with out leaving the building. Boardwalk is minutes away. Elevators slow during peek times.

Ancient elevators which are small and slow. Everyone had to wait for 15-20 min during check-in. Ice machines are broken, had to walk three floors to get ice (fortunately, fire staircase allowed re-entry). Hot tub was great, though -- very quick to fill up, good water temperature right away.

My stay at this hotel was horrific and I mean that internally. I traveled here with my daughter and it was disgusting we were on the 10th floor the wait for the elevator was about 20-30mins each trip to the room and outside. We took the steps to save time to enjoy our trip. While walking down steps we seen a used condom on the floor which was disgusting how was I supposed to explain the disturbing image to my toddler ? Tis was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I will return.

This property looked beautiful from the pictures posted online. It is not, it is old and not maintained. I had requested 2 rooms close or adjoing at reservation and had been asked to call the morning of by your manager, Jennifer. I did as requested. Upon check in, I get a snarky comment from your desk staff member that "oh, yeah, we've ALL talked to you". Several of the elevators did not work. We had to wait for 5-8 minutes just to get an elevator. Once we took the stairs down to avoid the elevators since we were only on the 9th floor. There was trash and broken liquor bottles in the stairwell. Rooms had very poor lighting. I had dropped my charging cord behind the table and was disgusted by the amount of dust and grime when I reached down to get it. There was a huge hairball in the shower. To top it off, when we left after checking out, our truck had been hit in the parking garage. I guess the old saying, "you get what you pay for", is correct in this case.

The experience overall was good. My only issue was the curtains not closing, some lamps not turning on and the TV going in and out of service. The view from the window wasn't very nice but the room service was nice and the whirlpool was very relaxing

Bathrooms are very small. Lighting was not bright and the bathroom was missing light bulbs. The elevators took forever to go up or down. The Vue was a cool spot with awesome wait staff. Check in and out went quick and easy.

This stay was horrible. I never experienced this before. This was one of my favorite hotels. The elevators weren’t working, the pool area was dirty no towels, the rooms were dirty and no towels in the rooms. When it was time to check out it took 30 mins for the elevator to come and 20 mins on the line just to check out. Finally when I reach the front desk. I asked for a manager. I was told she was in a meeting. The service was extremely poor.

Suck the pool was down on the rainy week while we was there the pool attendant is kinda rude for no reason but I had a good experience and won’t have a issue getting a room again Arcade is pretty decent 6th floor food is ok but venture out Dope that it’s connected to the ballys casino

I wouldn't recommend it. Parking garage was an inconvenience, only 2 working elevators. Housekeeping wasn't good. I requested extra towels since there were 4 of us. After the 2nd request we received the towels the next day near checkout. Please don't waste your time trust me! This hotel needs to be remodeled.

The elevators are awful, some are broken and skip floors. I like the vintage style of the place. Pool area is pretty nice and comfy. Staff a little sparse. The rooms are large and comfortable. I like that it’s quiet and connected to a casino (Ballys) through the tunnel so you don’t have all the chaos and noise from the casino in the actual hotel. The price is very reasonable. If you don’t mind an older hotel that’s still clean and upkept I would recommend it. The location is pretty central.

The cleaning serive was infrequent and inconsistent. The whole hotel smelled like weed even though it was non-smoking. Half the elevators didn’t work when i stayed. Took the stairs a few times to avoid the elevator, and the stairs were full of trash.
