Llamamos para preguntar si la alberca estaba en uso, antes de reservar en línea, y nos dijeron que si, llegamos y dijeron que no, porque el personal estaba enfermo, eso fue muy malo para nosotros que buscamos pasar tiempo en la alberca. The staff at the Best Western were super friendly and I was pleased with the room. The breakfast was great and overall I was pretty impressed for a hotel in a small town. They seemed to really care about the cleanliness of the place too which is a huge plus for me.

I have stayed here multiple times over the years and this was the first time I was a little inconvenienced bc the housekeeper did not replenish anything at all and I stayed 3 nights….they did my bed and cleaned well.

Breakfast gravy had a strange flavor but it might have been from the biscuit which was in the container with the peppers onions and potatoes.

There was an odd smell in the lobby and room. There was a tapping sound all through the night that kept waking me up. Maybe something with the water pipes or heat? The beds were ridiculously tall. I couldn’t just sit down on the bed and get in like a normal bed. I had to grasp the top and pull myself in. I don’t know how an older person would do it. The coffee machine wasn’t working but a staff member came along and fixed it. Breakfast was pretty mushy. The stay wasn’t unbearable but there were a lot of little things that added up. The staff was very nice.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, the bent over backwards to help, but Travelocity dropped the ball, and didn't send through the reservation.

The property was really nice and clean and breakfast was good only thing negative is and it’s kinda a big thing the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor they were nice and clean but so hard maybe some people like hard beds but I sleep on a purple mattress and I like soft beds

Mold in the bathroom under the lip of the sink, mold in the shower, mold on the wall in the room by bathroom door. The pool tiles were dirty, not sure if mold can grow with the chlorine of the pool but, it looked like it.

We got the junior suite with the jacuzzi tub but we were put off by the stains on the bed cover and the clearly coffee or some kind of nasty yellow stain splatter by the light switch in one of the rooms. There was a very clear smell of mildew which doesn't surprise me because the wood and substructure under and around that tub was probably riddled with mold and mildew rot. Hair left on the shower wall. Clearly they do not have a cleaning crew that knows what they are doing. Or they are too lazy to make sure that the site is kept up. Let's just say I will never be staying at a Worst Western again.

Overall probably one of the better places in Atoka but the room smelled like mold/mildew. There was a dead cricket in the bathroom and a live cockroach.
