It’s huge place but not maintained properly. Therefore it’s not looking very clean and neat .

Basic hotel,should be rated 3* or under.Room untidy.Poor bed sheets with stains..Reception did not pass me the message left for me. For a overseas guest like me with lot of travel experience,a poor hotel!

Used to be a good place!
A C was not functioning, request to change the room was not taken care of despite repeated calls.

バンガロール市街から1時間。 のんびりした田舎町の一応リゾートホテルです。 建物が古いため、施設としては良くはないです。

Dirty beds and roaches
I had booked two rooms with 4 beds in total. All four beds had dirty sheets with hair in it. A single sheet under a comforter without pad, blanket or second sheet was on the bed. Pillow covers smelling like sweat. There was food stain on the bed. people had used the bed comforter directory so the flannel on the inner side was dirty (with body hair). I left a charger in the room and they said they did not find it. Paint was peeling off on many places in one of the room. The other room was OK but had crayon marks on the wall. Phones were extremely dirty. The internet password they gave me @ 9:00 PM did not work the next morning when I woke up. When I complained about the room, the brought out the "Chef" in really dirty clothes (clearly doesn't use an apron) as the "manager" of the hotel. I killed two roached and took picture of one of them.

Just awful !
This hotel was just awful and my words cannot do justice to that. It was relatively economical, but really, it should have been half again as it was dirty and disgusting. Running the shower I had to let it run for five minutes until the dirty brown water had finished passing through the pipes, water was leaking everywhere, paint was peeling everywhere, the place was damp and smelly, really, there was no redeeming feature at all. Very early the next morning they were preparing for a function and were playing typically loud and obnoxious music that was deafening. Breakfast was passable but I just couldn't wait to get out of there. Terrible terrible hotel, even for just one short night I hate to say.
