Marvellous medieval building making the hotel quirky and interesting. Superb location in the heart of the old town. Melanie a fantastic member of staff who helped with our parking arrangements. Would visit again.

Bel hotel au centre de Troyes
Hôtel bien restauré, avec beaucoup de cachet. Le personnel est très serviable et investit par sa mission, notamment lors du petit-déjeuner régulièrement alimenté en produits chauds sortant de la cuisine. Seul bémol, le manque d'entretien de la robinetterie. Le robinet du lavabo de la chambre mériterait bien un peu de graisse silicone car il était quasi impossible à manipuler.

Old fashioned style of Hotel in the centre of the city. Classic timber frame construction. Great to see these older properties being reused rather than the new style of box Hotel on the outskirts. Secure parking important with a classic car. Great staff spoke excellent English. Good Breakfast is available for a great start to a day.

Très bel établissement de caractère en plein centr
Chambre "confort" spacieuse, très bien décorée, poutres et pierres apparentes. Salle de bains et wc séparés ce qui est rare. Bonne literie. Ensemble tres propre. Des rafraîchissements de peinture sont à envisager. Configuration de vieil hôtel avec beaucoup de marches, peut être un problème si mobilité réduite. Petit déjeuner à 11 euros en buffet, simple mais large choix. Hôtel super bien placé pour visiter toute la ville à pieds. Globalement je recommande.

Hoop herrie in de ochtend door de straten. Bed was prima, neem zelf een kussen mee. Badkamer was erg authentiek zeg maar.

Don’t let the scores distract you. This is at the cheaper end of the market for sure, but in value for money terms it should rank very highly. It’s a bit wonky, creaky and wobbly but it’s in a 500 year old building so what do you expect!! It is two minutes walk from the bustling restaurant scene and another five from the Cathedral. Melanie in reception was very pleasant and helpful. If you’re thinking of saving money and not having their breakfast (€11) think again - we ate out and found Paul’s who charged €8 approx for a small coffee, juice and pastry - stick with the hotel for a buffet and fill your boots (though not literally).

Das Personal und die Lage des Hotels gut - sehr gut. Aufgrund der guten Lage - Zentrum - ist es in der Nacht etwas unruhig, das ist aber, wie gesagt, der guten Lage geschuldet. Alles zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Um ein schönes Wochenende in Troyes zu machen und sich die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Stadt selbst anzuschauen … absolut TOP. VG G.P.

We had an excellent stay and with an excellent service. Fantastic location, a bit difficult for parking as we did not reserve in advance. we recommend it if you do not look for a place too fancy. Excellent welcome by a bright, polite and efficient young team!

Lovely old building but refurbished cheaply. Uneven floors and the laminate flooring in our room was cracked because of that. Staff were mostly pleasant. Perfectly placed for walking around the historical centre. Would have liked a kettle!

hôtel très agréable, situé en plein centre. tout le personnel est très agréable et nous avons pu venir avec notre chien sans problème. lors de nos prochains séjours à Troyes, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Underrated hotel in Troyes
This hotel is batting well above a two star rating. Room 1 was spacious and had a large four poster bed. Superb en suite with double sinks and shower. Breakfast was very good French style. There is car parking secure opposite but there is a public car park around the corner if you can’t get in. It’s on a side road to the man street and was a little noisy but the double glazing fixed that.

Loved the history, location etc. but Expedia didn’t give us opportunity to book parking and we ended up two blocks away. There is no a/c and the fan was broken told we would get one in 5 min but never did. We had to ask for breakfast items to be filled up. Loved the place and city.

Ras Hotel propre dans vieil immeuble avec des sols pas droits :) mais recouverts. L hotel pourrait faire ressortir ce cote mais ca demanderait un gros investissement sans doute

One night stay in Troyes
Hotel is a beautiful old and quirky building in central Troyes. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. On-site parking was full but we found on-street parking nearby. The room was very hot at night even though we were provided with two fans, so sleep quality was not good.
