Again, thank you for your feedback, safe travels.we have a company that sprays our property monthly and there isn't a place in the south that is completely free of a gnat or roach every now and then .also we sent our employee to fix your toilet and you refused to allow them in room even after we called you and told you they were coming to your room to fix .

I am sorry you felt the need to give a bad review after our emailing about your missing jacket and after us reviewing the camera I did not view anyone going into your room 112 between your departure and entry of my frontdesk associate going in to get the item (dress that was covered in a bag) when you calledYou may need to check all luggage and possibly the vehicle , your jacket was not taken by any of my staff .we do not employee anyone who are not truthful.

we have newly renovated rooms and in process of painting the outside of the building as well as one of the safest hotel in Auburn 24 hour cameras and attendant on duty .
