Was a great day, but the rooms that people was above us or the side of smoking weed made it hard to sleep on the room or the sheets smelt like weed and whoever mopped and cleaned up in there before we got our room the mop water was still sour, so you can smell it Other than that wasn’t a bad day

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed with. The tiles were broken, room was unclean, etc. If not for a huge football game with booked hotels all around, we would never have stayed.

I chose the property because it was affordable. It wasn't 3 or 4 star rated but it made up for it in service. I just wanted somewhere safe to sleep and it served its purpose. I would stay again. I stayed 11/11/2024 and a special shot out to all the staff that worked that afternoon and night!!

The hotel does not have any security, the rooms and all facilities were unclean, to include mold in the shower, stains on the sheets and towels, and dirty floors. They did not clean the rooms each day and did not have towels for their guests.

Large room. Good TV once you figure out the remote. Good location. Dog friendly. Inside room with micro and frig. No breakfast. Coffee maker in room was missing a part and didn't work. Iron but no ironingboard. No hangers on rack. No place to hang clothing in bathroom. When we checked out at 5:30 am the night clerk was in her pajamas sleeping on a chair in the lobby. We told her we were leaving and left keycards on the counter, but did not get a receipt. Very unprofessional.

No iron in room, phone did not work to call desk, 3 towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth in room & no replacements available. premium price paid for football game weekend & this was very disappointing. Smelled bad when entering side entrance. We will never stay here again & would not recommend.

Rooms were dirty, have not been swept nor mopped. There were crumbs and dead bugs in the corners of the room. Our bathtub was brown it was so dirty, pee all around the toilet. The outlet in the bathroom shocked me while curling my hair. Walls very thin we could hear our neighbors conversations. Stains on the bedding and pillows. Very dirty hotel, 0/10 would not recommend

Our overall stay was good. The front desk girl was friendly. The hotel could use some updating. The room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the sprints and it was hard. The bed was made with all flat sheets, no fitted sheet. 2 of the towels in our room were very stained.

It’s not dirty just grungy… meaning the floor was coming apart, the bathroom door and trim had been chewed out by a dog, the carpet in the hallway is so old and a bit smelly. People at the front desk were Very nice, but the front desk itself was cluttered, and I’ve organized with random things in the countertop as you first walk in. It’s just the hotel itself that needs a serious remodel, or at least a little TLC for each room that has some damage. We basically just wanted to sleep there and get out. My my husband is a clean freak and didn’t even want to take a shower there.

Ended up having to stay in two different rooms because the first one which was dirty the door didn’t lock which I didn’t find out till the next day. Second room had a cigarette butt and a vape pen on the container that holds the iron which was missing.

The towels in our room where dirty. We requested new towels they didn’t have anymore we had to wait until the next morning. The bathroom sink was stopped up. My husband said we get what we pay for it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Terrible service, drug dealers standing outside in the parking lot and in the hallways, incredibly dirty rooms! The beds were wet with dirty sandy sheets, cleaning ladies pounding at the door at 8am. I am requesting a refund for this.

We arrived at the property at 3:30p.m. (Check-in time) and the room wasn’t ready. Okay that was fine because I had to pick up a rental. We arrived back at the room at 5:00p.m. The lady stated that the room was ready, when we arrived in the room it was half way ready. There wasn’t any towels or wash clothes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There wasn’t any pillowcases on the pillows. The fridge was dirty with food still in it. This by far is the worst room that I have stayed in.
