Very quiet with stove and refrigerator. Extended stay so no housekeeping. Very convenient to Auburn University. I did have to do chanel search to make the tv work.

The front desk staff and manager were very rude. Stayed there with a service dog and the manager refused to allow the service animal. A veteran of the USMC with his service animal!!! Very disappointing and will not stay there and will not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!

Clean, newly renovated basic hotel. Staff very helpful when I could not figure out my tv. No frills, but excellent for the budget hotel it is. Lots of dining around and a Winn Dixie grocery store across the street. I stayed in a suite with kitchenette; bring any dishes/utensils you plan on using.

A good place to stay for football weekends. Basic, clean, reasonably priced accommodations. Convenient to campus. The office closes at night. Be sure to arrive before the office closes.

Very good. Extremely clean. Convenient location. No complaints or dis-satisfaction at all.Only concern would be knowing the desk is only staffed until 9pm so guests need to make plans to arrive/check-in before that.

Great location for a football game! It seems pretty recently renovated, especially the third floor. We did find a couple hairs but other than that it was clean. Great room for the price, all things considered. Staff was very nice and helpful!

I really can't rate my stay since I was not able to stay . I'm still trying to get the money back since I contacted the hotel weeks prior but due to the new policy there's no refund no matter what happens. Because of this policy i can't afford to stay in a place where life happens and there's no refund or credit to stay later.

Upon my arrival it was only one person working the desk and he was away helping in the rooms so I stood by for over five minutes. The check in was easy but when I got to the room there was no closet to put my clothes in and then they didn’t have an iron or ironing board so if you don’t want to be wrinkled buy or bring an iron

Hidden gem, but please don't tell anyone.
Hotel was simple and relatively anonymous. I've been by a dozen times and never noticed it, but honestly booked because it was rodeo weekend and nothing else was available. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I almost want to give a bad review because it was great and I don't want anyone to learn about this hidden gem. Seriously, the room was clean, shower was amazing, beddring was nice, sheets were soft (and clean). Only complaint might be the towels were a little thin and the Wifi was unprotected. This is my new go-to when visiting my son at school.

The Stay Plus was clean and very quiet except for our air conditioning unit. Extremely limited staff and an upcharge of $20 cash if you needed their services after hours. Definitely not a 24 hour service motel/hotel. I would expect that an Extended Stay would have some dishes and silverware to be able to cook on the two burner stove in the room but there was none. Any others I have ever been in had them. The microwave was on top of the standard size refrigerator which is totally unsatisfactory. I shouldn't have to stand on a chair ro use the microwave. The air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off...over and over. For the price, I think I will use another hotel next time I am in Auburn.
