출장으로는 적절한 호텔이었습니다.
도심에 위치하여 이동하기 편합니다. 매일 WIFI 계정을 받아야 하는게 돔 번거롭긴 한데 속도는 잘 나오는 편이에요. 출장 호텔로는 무난하지 않을까 싶습니다.

It is good to walk to ferry building and sky city. Cafe and mart are near hotel. Habour view was amazing. However lobby, corridor and living room were so small.

오피스텔 같은 분위기~
오클랜드 처음 도착해서 쉴 곳을 찾는데 많은 고민이 있었는데 할인된 가격으로 비교적 저렴하게 좋은 곳에 머문 것 같아 만족스러워요. 근처에 바다도 있고 퀸스트릿도 가까워서 좋았어요.

오클랜드 호텔을 고르기위해 고민을 거듭하다 고른 호텔입니다. 오클랜드에서 1년동안 체류한지라 오클랜드내에 호텔에서 묵은건 아니라도 위치는 잘 알고 있어 고민에 고민을 거듭하다 골랐어요. 짧은 기간도 아니고 3일을 있었는지라 신중했는데 결과는 정말 너무너무 너어무 좋았습니다, 비수기때 예약한건데 알아서 룸도 업그레이드 시켜줬고요, 주방과 거실이 따로있는 방이었어요. 여기가 신혼집이었으면 좋겠다 싶을 정도로 좋았어요. 정말 편안히 너무나 멋진 야경에서 시간 보내다 갑니다, 감사합니다,

편리한 위치
호켈은 시내중심인 퀸스리트와 공항버스정류장도 아주 가깝고 큰 수퍼 이용에도 아주 편리한 위치임. 딜럭스룸을 예약했는데 2 베드룸으로 무료 업그레이드를 해줬는데 거실에서 시티타워가 보이고 주방은 쿡탑, 마이크로웨이브, 토스터, 욕실에 세탁기 및 건조기가 구비되어있었음. 아주 만족함. 또다시 이용하고 싶음

Modern and reachable
very close from main road, but a little dark place around hotel, so i cannot go out after 6PM without my husband. Room was nice in equipment, cleaning, and view. I will visit here for my next visit to NZ.

Very tidy little studio, large TV, comfy bed. Clean and spotless bathroom. The room had cooking facilities but nowhere to seat and eat. No table, breakfast bar no chairs. We had to eat on our laps seating on the bed or in sigle armchair. Other then that great little studuo for a very good price in the middle of it all.

The hallway to the room smelt like urine - rubbish was not collected - toilet paper was not replenished - one sachet of dishwashing liquid in the room - the gym area all equipment i broken - the poll was disgusting with a pair of underwear floating with rubbish such as paper in the pool absolutely disgusting

Check in was amazing. The lady was some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The building is in an awesome location, close to a lot and room was all you need. Nothing super fancy but comfy bed and door that opens outside! Thank you for the lovely stay.

- Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, right next to the harbour with good harbour view. - Very helpful & accommodating staff. - The reason for the 4-star rating was the condition of the room (we stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment): 1) The aircond was a portable unit which was very noisy and not very efficient, not cold enough in spite of the noise. 2) One of the bathrooms had a shower curtain which was pretty smelly. 3) Lighting in one of the bathrooms didn't work properly (only 1 lamp left & was not bright enough). 4) Lighting in the main bedroom didn't work properly (1 lamp was not working) 5) The toilet flush buttons in both bathrooms were stuck and required very hard press to work. 6) The fridge was unlevelled and leaned to one side. It's assumed that the above issues would be rectified. Without those issues, it would be a perfect apartment.

Great place to stay if you're catching a cruise or just want to be in the CBD and not require a car. The rooms are clean but seriously need more dishes. I loved having the dishwasher but only providing 2 plates, bowls and PC's of cutlery just wastes water. Staff were very helpful at the front counter.

Didn’t have the beds that we booked. We had to separate them ourselves. The oven was filthy and filled with smoke, we had to get it cleaned before we could cook our dinner. The dishwasher was broken and the dishes in the cupboard were dirty

Perfect for families
Great place to base yourself in Auckland to explore the city. Close enough to walk most places and in a handy location for the bus, train and ferry. Beds are firm, which is not to my preference so I struggled to get good rest. The bathroom / shower tends to leak water all over the floor and the drain is at a higher point so the water doesn't drain properly - you need to mop up. Is handy to have the washing machine and dryer to clean clothes. Would have been nice to have a service every couple of days to get rid of waste.
