1. Employees are very unfriendly. Especially the male staff at the restaurant did not give the beer we ordered, and We felt very uncomfortable. 2. The room is very dirty. Do not clean. All of our teams have red spots on our bodies and feel itching. 3. All facilities such as restaurant and swimming pool were dirty and did not repair. 4. Accommodation costs are very expensive. Our team paid more than $ 540 for three days in a room. This is a fraud. 5. No soundproofing at all. I can not even sleep because of the sound of a machine in the room.

Hi Kyong-seok, I am very dissapointed to read your feedback as: 1. I recieve regular praise for our staff's attention to customer service. 2. We have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. 3.The restaurant was redecorated just months ago, the pool is cleaned daily and was even repainted just 2 months ago. 4. We keep our rates as competitive as possible for our guests. 5. We do our very best when it comes to noise reduction, we now even have soundless fridges in our rooms. Oh my goodness the staff i delt with they were fantastic . I Arrived sat the 14th , The young Gentleman at reception was ever so helpful he went out of his way to help me out i am just so so thankful for his help , and the morning of the 14th the reception lady was so lovley . So for The Reception staff i would give a truthful rate of AA A , The Staff Deserve a Big Pay rise for all they do. !! . As for the inconsiderate people in the room next to me banging and thumping things everytime they bumped the wall it vibrations through my bed and headboard kee me awake most of the night up until at the least 4:30 am and talking loudly , in which i left a Complaint about this was just pure ignorance

The room was not convenient for us because I experienced bug bites in my arms during our first night. And it was horrible. I did complain about it and they just transferred me to another room. This worst experience with my boyfriend was so unforgettable because it was our first time together and this is what I've got. We will not come back to this hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean pool too and a hot rub!

An enjoyable stay. We were unaware of the $200 cash bond required, but were prepared to pay. Great food and friendly staff. Carparking was very difficult to get and out of at the top especially when the carpark was full.

The staff were nice but other than that it was extremely disappointing the pictures were highly misleading and the nice reviews must be written internally. We were given a room with no lock and stains everywhere and then quickly moved to another room with a lock but there was some makeup and miscellaneous things underneath the sink along with sticky and stained carpet floors. The bathroom also only had half a door handle. They were ripping up carpets and doing renovations with random stuff lying all around the hallways along with the fact that we were woken up by a housekeeper walking into our room at 8 in the morning. So not really a recommendation especially for the price. The pool looked nice but was much smaller than the photos appeared.

At best, this hotel is 1star not 4star as advertised. Who vacuums at 6 in the morning infront of guest room? Bed sheet and pillow cover had stains. Terrible experience.

Receptionist was lovely, very helpful. Room was small but had everything we needed. Would be nice to have netting over windows to stop the bugs and the towel rail in the bathroom needs fixing. Other than that, perfect for 1 night stay.

Room ok but heatpump sluggish and took a long time to warm up. They'll ask for $250 bond which is too much! Not bath matt either but added after first night. Overall average!

Not a ideal place to stay for families. Photos on website well over sell hotel. This is currently accomadation for people who are needing emergency accommodation, and has a gaming lounge on site. If we had known this we would not of booked. We felt unsafe and sorted accomadation in cbd.

Absolute shambles. I travel to NZ fortnightly and have never had such a bad experience. Just dont... You can find better all over Auckland for the same price.

Really enjoyedour short and sweet stay.. Lovely jacuzzi bar and restaurant poolside! They even let us play our own music and it really set the romantic scene for me and my Husband, meet a beautiful couple and restaurant staff were attentive professionals, food was delicious delivered jus in time, great presentation! Loved that.we could enjoy all round entertainment in one place. Thanks for having us, we will diffenately be back

We arrived reasonably late. The lady's attending to a private function were very helpful after noticing us trying to find our room number. Also restaurant front staff very friendly. Rooms had all we needed and clean.

The property was nothing close to its images. The carpet was worn and floor creaked, curtains different lengths. The shower roof was full of mould. There was a lot of bugs in the room. Looked like very little cleaning & maintenance.
