Sadly the rooms are in need of repairs. I had to change rooms due to broken bathroom tile and TV. The second room wasnt any better. But the customer service I received was amazing. The front desk clerk was friendly and did her best to resolve my issues.

Faith in humanity and kindness restored.
I have stayed at a lot of hotels, we just stayed at double tree, Fairfield inn and a lot of higher-end hotels. I would choose candlewood suites any day over those high-end hotels. The Assistant Manager Christina Bishop was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We were there for a family member in the hospital in very poor health. Instead of the usual hotel stays where the staff endlessly bangs on your door asking when your checking out( even before it's checkout time), this experience was totally different. They were so kind and understanding of our situation and the need to have to keep extending our stay( due to the ups and downs of our family members health). I have to say this has been one of my best hotel experiences I have ever had and I have stayed in a lot of hotels due to my work. The main factor was the kindness, understanding and the feel of staying with family while we were there. Christina and our staff were absolutly amazing and I van not mention one negative aspect of our stay. Thank you so much to the entire staff.

Hotels need to simply invest in taking out all carpet and keep hard floors. Its a cleaner look and doesnt hide smells. You can only clean carpet so many times. The carpet here smelled like there was a leak somewhere in the room. Rid the carpet... it will cost less over time.

People constantly opening doors and going in and out of rooms on my floor every 3-5 minutes all night long. Every time the doors would open and shut it would shake my door in its frame and echo throughout my room. I finally looked out my peephole to see what was going on and there was a man who looked drugged out, pacing up and down the hallway for a long time. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, look elsewhere.

I didn't know how high the rate for a dog for one night would be. Outrageous. The place is very nice, but would notstay again. Having a dog almost was the same as the room rate

Reservation was for 2 twin beds. Room ended up having a queen and a pullout couch….disappointing. They said there is an issue with Expedia’s reservation system.

Had a lot of trouble checking in. Hotel said i didn’t pay prior to check in which I showed them on my Expedia account that I did. Had to pay again for the room. Then was given a 1 bed room when I booked a room with 2 beds. The property was convenient for where we needed to go. But it is not the greatest. Does the job if you just need a place to sleep.

Was disappointed that breakfast was not available but everything else was good. Hotel was under heavy renovation as have the last 3 I've booked through Hotels.com1😡

Very unsafe! All cars were parked backwards so they wouldn’t get broken into when we came back in. Therefore we didn’t feel safe and didn’t stay at this hotel. Plus the office in front was closed and no security! That’s why we left and didn’t stay

A lot of our guests are extended stay guests working for plants/ factories and they park their vehicles backed in for easier access to leave the parking lot since our hotel is in a L shape and it is a little snug for their work trucks/cars.

our hostess/concierge was terrific. she went above and beyond to accommodate us. however, I thought I was booking a two person suite (with two twin beds). turned out there was only one queen bed. this was fine for our late booking during Masters week. but it is a very "old school" hotel.

Fridge and kitchen sink were helpful. Rolloway bed was a good one, but should be more clear that a Studio suite only contains one double (maybe queen?) bed and no pullout couch.

So-so stay. Has laundry facilities.
Hotel was fair for an overnight stay while passing through. Check-in staff was pleasant, but it’s odd to have staff wear logo scrubs- makes it seem like you’re checking into a psych ward. Nice to have laundry facilities, but guests/tenants left clothing in machines. Gym was dirty and bike, tv didn’t work, and there were no cleaning supplies. Hallway carpets were stained & dirty.
