Everything with the hotel was great but the carpet was really dirty out in the hallways and around the elevators.

Stayed during Masters week - such welcoming staff, great reception area with snacks and such and a solid room with comfortable beds. We have stayed at many different hotels for the Masters and this was a short notice trip and the Best western Plus exceeded my expectations.

The rooms may not be the greatest but the Staff is extremely friendly and will do anything for u. The breakfast and Happy Hour were outstanding. Really enjoyed the people!!

Stayed here for the Masters. The staff are fantastic - super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean & you can’t beat the convenience to Augusta.

It's a little hard to rate this particular hotel. The staff was a 5, for sure. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful. The overall property is certainly clean- the lobby area is very nice and that's where the breakfast buffet is located. As for the room, it could certainly use some updating/repairs. The kitchen area was pretty beaten up but everything worked. Nice TV, comfortable bed. We were there for the ANWA and it was very convenient for that.

Carpet was dirty in the common areas and in the rooms. Their housekeeping staff does not do a good job. One of the beds had dirty linens on them from actual dirt, blood stains and hairs. There were layers of dust throughout. The toilet was not cleaned very well at all from previous guests. We couldn’t use the fridge because it reaked like fish. Looks much better in pictures than in person.

The hotel is attractive, the lobby clean and inviting. The room was very pleasant— clean with plenty of fresh fluffy towels. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit worked just fine for me. Additionally, the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I will absolutely stay at the BW-plus in Augusta again.

This was my second stay at this hotel and a better experience than the first time. Room was nice and mostly clean. Bed was comfortable. Hallway carpets needs a deep clean. The tv channels (local only) didn’t work in the am. I would stay here again. Traveled with one dog and it was an easy check in.

The exterior is nice and so is the lobby. The interior is very worn. The carpets in the corridors are very dirty. The room was really dirty. Not sure the last time it was cleaned. Huge tv but it didn’t really work and had local channels only. WiFi did not work at all. Staff was good. People loitering in the parking lot when I checked in.

It's one of the few lodging places that offer affordable pet friendly stay. The room was clean, neat and not malodorous. There's a large dog walking area near the parking lots. The only dislike was an encounter with the customer rep who rudely insisted that our dog was not leashed when in fact she was.

They have breakfast at reaonable times. Close to the highway, which made it easy to locate. Parking was abundant. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Jefferson and the whole staff were very accomodating and super helpful. Jefferson went above and beyond when the guest laundry broke down and helped us get our wet clothes dry, excellent service!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and everything is very clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I walked in and waited 5 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Turned out the young man smoking in the parking lot was the clerk. He had to see me come in. I think this also explains why I was on hold for ten minutes when I called to ask if they accepted dogs. Also, breakfast was crappy. Otherwise, a decent place. Cheap compared to others nearby.

My first room was very dirty and disgusting that I made them switch my rooms. The 2nd room was better but still not very clean. I wiped down the entire room with Clorox wipes and they were black by the time I was done. I will never stay here again.

Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and well maintained and the staff that we spoke to was very nice. However, we did not get any information for the wifi, breakfast times, and other information that is usually provided when checking into a hotel. We had to call multiple times to get the wifi information. The room upon first glance was okay. The room did have some dust and had old drink stains on the counters and nightstands, one of the bedside laps was not working, the phone looked as if it had not be cleaned in months, and the remote for the TV was not working. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and the toilet had obviously not be cleaned before our arrival. We also never received any new towels or wash cloths and never had anyone come in to clean our rooms or even ask. Also on the day of checkout, around 11:30, someone (i assumed the maid?) came to our door to ask if we planned to leave at 12 or stay over. This was rude and kind of ironic as we never saw any other cleaning staff any other day but they were able to show up to ask if we planned to leave on time. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and would only recommend this place if someone needed a quick place to lay their heads. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming, but they need to update their cleaning standards. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again but the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

This was a surprisingly nice place in Augusta. Rooms were clean and nice. Only problem was no curtains. There was a thin sheet on the window but nothing else.

Quiet, dog-friendly, & convenient
Nice property. Convenient location. Kind of dated - some chipping paint on door frames etc - but rooms have been updated with newer furniture etc. Really enjoyed our stay. Brought our dog along. Front desk staff could be friendlier at checkin and checkout but for price, room was quiet and location is convenient to downtown Augusta.

Customer service was not friendly nor welcoming. There was cigarette smell the entire building including the room. Beddings could use an upgrade! Pillows completely flat. Not a bad stay but the 4th floor where we stayed smelled badly of smoke. You notice it as soon as you get off the elevator. The room itself didn't seem as bad thankfully but the that smoke smell was still there.
