El hotel no se ve bonito y la recepción es fea, de hecho está junto a un bar y la hace ver peor. La máquina de hielo no funcionaba y no venden implementos para lavar. El servicio de la recepcionista no fue muy amable.

Liked location, close proximity to good restaurant, but didn't like unsavory people hanging out there, and no way to close shades on windows; tub drain broken and wouldn't hold water, couldn't get front desk to answer phone nor print any receipts, etc. Have enjoyed staying there in the past, but may not again.

Miss Rebecca again I'm truly sorry that I was unable to answer your phone call that morning I was very busy, with the breakfast guest and keeping everyone happy. I also am still sorry that we are unable to give you a receipt. When any guest prepays for their reservations online, the online sites are the only ones whom can give you a receipt. We do not see your cost or even your credit card you use to pay online. You pay online to the online companies they take out their commission and then they pay us. I'm so sorry you did not see our black out blinds behind the sheers they are what make the rooms dark so that no light comes in. And I didn't even know anything about your tub issue, that was not mentioned to me.

The room was clean, but everything was damp. The bed, the tables, the air. All damp. This could be because of the humidity, but I didn't think to ask. Besides that, the room was comfortable and clean, so that was comforting. Receptionists were not overly friendly and just seemed to go through the motions.

Clean room,friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room had no working refrigerator, had to move after we had settled down. The breakfast was very ‘basic’, a little variety could have helped!!! The same thing Monday-Sunday! No eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, not in this order but AT LEAST, vary the breakfast!!!!!!!

the workout facility was a joke - there is a treadmill that the band is loose and slips and the bike was not operational at all. The check in person had to redo my room cards because they wouldn't open my doors. There were a handful of people just hanging around the grounds. Just not a pleasant experience.
