The only issue you brought to the attention of the general manager was that you could not get the tv to work properly. She immediately went and fixed it for you. You did not mention to her that you felt the room was dirty. All of our rooms were deep cleaned and sanitized prior to the arrival of our new guests. If you would have stated this, we would have accommodated you by changing your room to one that better suited your standards.Again, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We are in the process of remodeling our rooms so that they will be more up to date. As you stated, a staff member did come and put your tv on the proper input in order for you to have tv. All of our tv's work properly, unfortunately they jump inputs when turned off.
