The Best Western was a comfortable stay in a convenient location. We had to gather our towels a few days from the front desk as they weren’t replaced. The breakfast had a large variety of choices & it was kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I wish there would’ve been a better selection of breakfast items. My only biggest complaint is the noise level of the people on the floor above us and in the hallway. I would stay here again, though.

The staff were very friendly & more importantly very helpful. I had a weather emergency which caused my stay to have to change and received little to no push back on getting my reservation changed to accommodate me. I wish I would have payed attention to the 2 peoples name who helped me!

The room was clean, however the staff was not friendly. I called sevrimes before i arrivfed with no answer. When i got there, the staff was sitting in the corner playing on his phone while the hotel phone was ringing. When i finally got his attention he acted like i was bothering him. He never greeted me.

Not bad of a hotel. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was also nice. Only thing that we did not like was that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything. It’s the first time we’ve noticed this in a hotel. We stayed in the first floor and my parents stayed in the third floor and they had the same complaint. They also don’t provide a crib but it was okay since we had a back up for our baby.

Very accommodating, we were able to get a late checkout. Front desk was friendly and helpful. answered all of my questions as we were on a late flight and getting in early AM

Had a nice stay. The property was well maintained and the front desk attendants were super nice, friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was your average continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and juices. The shower head was just ok, but the bathroom was quite large. Stayed in a 2 queen room and the room was big. Overall I would stay here again.

We liked the staff as they were friendly, courteous and helpful! The hotel was near our destination. It was easy to find near the highway and away from interchanges.

Excellent stay. Personnel were fabulous. My only point of contention is that there was only a shower and no tub for soaking these aching muscles after driving.

The Property is new and nice..Being a Breakfast person, the offerings were decent, although the Galoon of Milk that was in the mini fridge was bad.. very sour.. ugg The Bed was the worst I have slept on in a very long time, they should upgrade them asap.. Staff was nice and helpful.
