I cannot even find the proper words to describe this horrendous, atrocious, disgusting, nauseating experience. Even thinking about this place makes me feel nauseous. From the moment I stepped into this hotel it reeked of cigarette smoke. It took about 10 minutes just to get checked in due to lack of front desk staff. Walking down the halls of this hotel was a pure nightmare with horrendous stench of cigarette smoke and raw uncooked shrimp like stench along with pieces of food all over the carpet. When I first walked into our assigned room it reeked yet again of cigarette smoke along with a moldy-like stench. The sheets on the bed were unwashed with visible strands of hair, crumbs, and what appeared to be water stains on the pillow sheets. The restroom sink had pubic hair and dried up toothpaste all over it. The bathroom toilet had pieces of dried up roaches on the seat and the bathtub was moldy and visibly unsanitary. If I could give this location a negative rating I would give it a negative (-) 5 star rating. Please DO NOT book here or stay at this unsanitary establishment.

When we arrived the room we got was missing a mattress for the pullout couch we asked the desk clerk she said idk I just got here. We asked for a different room she said I’m not suppose to move you once I give you a room. She moved us. The new room has a crack screen tv and clogged toilet we told her again she said idk I just got here. We only had 1 pillow in each room and when we asked for more for the new room she said I’ll try to get to it. We were in town for a funeral and dealing with that hotel service was horrible. When we arrived back later she actually had a co worker with her and her attitude seemed to have change, she found us brand new pillows and the co worker got us covers for the pullout bed. Overall it wasn’t a stay I would like to remember and I would’ve changed hotels but after being out all day I was just ready to sleep

Not good for handicapped
There was no breakfast as advertised. No grab bars in a wheelchair accessible room; very dangerous! The room itself was very nice and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was terrible for an accessible room!

Terrible Stay
This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The whole facility was not clean and the room was even worse. The carpets was not clean and the chair and carpet had stains all over. There were also roaches on the wall. I could not get my money back and they offered a different room but I felt that it would just be the same. Also they advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast served.

Terrible hotel
The room was pretty much in terrible condition. Walls messed up blood stains spots on the floor. Room 140 was not a good stay. And wouldn’t recommend ever going there. And for sure won’t go back ever again.

This will go down as memorable and not in a good way. First, the desk person was friendly and she did us a solid by insisting we look at the room before checking in so we could decide to stay or not. Which told me, she knew this was not going to be satisfactory. Let's just say it wasn't and luckily we were able to find accommodations at the last minute without paying huge prices. But it doesn't start and end with the room. We knew this was place was questionable when we pulled up - dark parking lot, signs everywhere warning of theft, a shopping cart in the grass. Now, you may say "check the * rating" and I do. But this was extra "special". I'm just thankful the counter person gave us on out.

It was horrible. The rooms smelled like humid and wet carpet. It smelled like sewage. They tell you that you don’t need a permit to park but your car will GET TOWED! don’t stay here. For the price you can get a better hotel. The sheets and towels were stained. There were bed bugs. It was just plain disgusting!

I enjoyed the park-like behind the building. However, was a lot of deadwood in the trees that could fall on someone at any time. The bathroom in my suite was more of a safety concern as the door opened into the tub and toilet room making it impossible for someone to access an injured inside.

Not the best option when you need rest and comfort
It took 3 hours for room to be ready, mind you check in time is 3pm I didn't check in til after but didn't get into the room til after 5. That is not acceptable, considering I was extremely tired and sleepy and walked far. Their TV also had horrible reception so luckily I was there only to get sleep.

this was probably the worst hotel i have ever been too. it smelled like cigarettes so bad, the hotel was super dirty, the service was okay, i had to try three different rooms due to issues in the room. the hotel room itself was just super dirty.

The hotel is not as advertised. The hotel is too old. The pictures on internet does not belongs to the actual hotel. It needs remodeling. When asked for sheets and blanket they did not have enough to provide to me.

The front desk agent was kind. But during check in, he told me I had to go check the room before he could finish check in, I'm glad I did because the room was dirty, he got me a new room. On first quick glance it appeared clean and good, but upon further inspection, it was so run down. Broken curtain, broken tv stand, hole in bathroom door, broken windows, trim falling off wall, etc. The pictures are deceiving. I'm dumb for not reading reviews. It felt very unsafe and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The "breakfast" was coffee and granola bars. Would not recommend.

Best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. I’m moving to Austin and will have to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks until my lease begins. I will definitely be staying here.

Although I like the fact that the room was pretty big with a bed room and living area. The space is excellent for group of friends. But the carpet flooring was very dirty and smelly. The hallway smelled weed. But overall, ok for the money.

Older building needs attention
The service was good. My reservation was there but when issued my room...omg the refrigerator was rusty the bathtub had mold. I ask for a better room they should had said there wasnt any because the one issued needed TLC too. It was explained that it was an older building but they definitely need to let customers know that. Will not book again though. The best thing was the bed and hot water so cant complain too much I guess.

Worst Experience Ever
This was the worst hotel I have ever booked. Needless to say, we did not stay at the hotel. The whole hotel smells. The restroom in the actual room smelled like urine. This is not a family friendly hotel, it is more like a drug/prostitute hotel. I ended up losing my money because there was no way that I would spend the night there.

The amount of money we paid they certainly took advantage of the formula 1 event, the hotel was not up to standards very dirty, we saw roaches in the elevator and saw dirty sheets and pillows in the hallway during our whole stay along with trash there was also no water and at least they should of notify during our arrival, won’t stay there and don’t recommend it.

We stayed here for the F1 race, there were limited options. They more than doubled rates for the weekend due to the event. The room smelled like cigarettes and we found some dead roaches. The shower stopped working during our stay and nothing was done about it. No discount offered either. Manager was to call us and work it out but never did. 10/10 would not recommend this hotel ever.
