Hello Robert,Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay with us. After Covid we decided to use the partition for the safety of our beloved guest and staff. Deposit is fully refundable up on checkout. Pool was closed for the season as it mentioned in the sign during your check in. We have recently renovated our rooms please check us out again in future when you are in area!

We appologize for any inconvenience cause to you. When you first came to get your deposite, you still were not checked out and room was occupied. Before we could refund your deposite, we have to check your room and for that room should be completely vacant so we asked you to come back after you are checked out. Second time when you came back, we went to inspect your room and by the time we return to office, you were gone off the property. We found your room in horrible condition with trash and food stains all over the wall, floor, bed sheets etc. We have pictures and video of your check out room and we are more than happy to share it with you. Please don't try to ruin our reputation by lying about A/C and other stuff when you stayed for 3 nights and had to complain until we could not extend you for not able to pay your rent on time. Our staff works really hard to provide the best stay possible and don't deserve this kinda of false accusation.

However, We care for our guest and so happily serve free continental breakfast to our beloved guest for there convenience.

Dear Travis,We have investigated the situation and that sound was actually from the construction work going on the Williams Dr bridge. Also, our all doors have built in dead bolt which can be locked from inside and no key can unlock from outside. Hope this helps you understand and situation.
