Our lobby and elevators were just renovated this spring and we are scheduled for a room's renovation in late 2024. The hotel is just walls that can be newly built or a bit older as our is. The staff here is what makes this hotel such a special place and as you pointed out, THEY make the difference in your stay.

We have automatic sensors that detect smoking and vaping and any form of combustion in all our guest rooms. The sensor was triggered in your guestroom and has been confirmed on 12/30 at 6:02 PM.
