Sorry for your inconvenience. The worker, the maintenance man, was only doing his job. He is supposed to check for bed bugs based off the info he was given. We do not prorate, nor do refunds on unused nights. What we could have done for you, was move you to another room. As far as the smoking, the property is under renovations which you can see by our new hallways, but this was a property that was a smoking property for over 30 years up until just this past October. Even with shampooing the carpets in rooms and changing the hallways, the slight smell will be there until the rooms are all repainted and renovated as well. All are totally out of our control. I wish you would have given us a chance, because we could have moved you to another room and allowed you to view it first.

I am sorry for your visit. If possible, could you let us know what room you were in, so that we can to that room and address the problems with it? This being a 30 year old property, that is why all of the storage units are on property, because they are remodeling us right now.

Sorry about your experience. I am walking around now and they are scheduled to do more new rooms this month. Wish whoever you are would be around to see the changeover. This property will be brought up and above all when finished.

Sorry, but we only do housekeeping once a week. Not a standard hotel, because we are an extended stay. We don't keep the staff required to do that because of this.

Sorry for your inconvenience, but the requests that you submitted in your comments, none of the Intown Suites in America provides these things and it states all that we provide on all of the online websites. We do not replenish any items in the rooms except Linen from beds and we only do housekeeping if you are here for 7 days or more. You were only here for 4 days, so Housekeeping would not have come to your room. We are in the process of Renovation all rooms here this month because this is an old property thus some of the damaged furniture that were are unable to replace. That is also why we do not require a deposit on our rooms, because we do not hold you responsible for the furniture in the condition it is in. Sorry for all inconvenience this may have cause once again.

Sorry for your experience. We are actually getting fully Renovated on Sept. 13th and they are completely gutting the place and remodeling. Also, we will become a non-smoking property at that time. 2 weeks away. This is a very old, 23 years, building and smoking has been allowed here the whole time, so we are happy for the changes. I hope you give us another chance after the remodel to see what we are capable of.
