Ottima posizione centrale, ottima colazione, ottimo personale indiano alla reception; assenza di riscaldamento nella camera- molto fredda a Febbraio( il difetto maggiore) - palestra un pò scarsa senza attrezzi o macchine pesi . non proprio da 5 stelle ma comunque un buon hotel un pò datato.

Fabulous hotel, great customer service
The room was fabulous, spacious, very clean, mini-fridge, and self serve coffee station. Was on the 28th floor with a fabulous view of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

As usual the Golden Tulip buffet breakfast was excellent and included in the room price too! The property is on a bus route from the aitrport. Big mall across the street. Clean room, friendly staff. Great value!

This hotel knows hospitality, the service was excellent, they allowed early check in and late check out. Generous with amneties and cleaning done to an excellent standard I was really impressed by the hotels standards. Friendly staff around the hotel and lots of services on offer i.e spa, gym, pool, onsite restaurant, prayer room etc.

Avoid this hotel if you are coming to enjoy your time and spent a nice vacation. I would highly recommend that you avoid this hotel, its the worst hotel i have ever checked in at, the A/C is so noisy in the room and I have asked the receptionist to switch my room and he actually did come to my room and said the whole rooms in this hotel comes this way, the furniture is very old, I wouldn't give this hotel 3 stars and I would highly recommend you to stay at a different hotel, the certain is teared and the carpet is very awful, moreover there is bugs in the room, and the toilet is very old and have water leakages everywhere and its not a 5 stars hotel cleanliness

Would not book again
We were not satisfied with this hotel. We booked this hotel because of the pool. When we arrive we get the information that the pool has been closed for two weeks because of problems with some pipes. I asked why we haven’t gotten any information about this and they seemed surprise that I expected to get suck information!?! If we would have known this we would have cancelled our booking since the pool was the main reason we booked. They also had no information on their website they the pool was closed and they still don’t have such information. They showed no understanding. The room was not properly cleaned either and the brekafast was not great. I would not stay here again.

This is a recommended hotel.
I arrived too early, but I was allowed to check in two hours early. I stayed in Standard Room 505. It was a bright and clean room that seemed to have been renewed. I had dinner at the Japanese restaurant Kei, I think it's the most delicious Japanese restaurant in Bahrain right now. I took breakfast at the main restaurant (the price included). I asked for Eggs Benedict, they were happy to make it. This is a recommended hotel.

Satisfying stay
I stayed in Standard Room 627. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The bed mattress was just right, not too hard and not too soft. There are 2 armchairs and a table , so I was able to relax. The air conditioner can be fine-tuned. It's a little dark because there is no lighting above the bathtub. The shower head is fixed. The power outlet is not a multi-type, so if you come from overseas, you should bring an adapter. Currently, breakfast is a set menu rather than a buffet, but an American full breakfast is also available. It was a totally satisfying stay.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, très proche de l’aéroport 10mn en voiture. Petit déjeuner américain varié Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, et propreté au rdv. L’enregistrement est assuré 24/24h. Je suis arrivé à 3h00 am. Pas eu le temps d’essayer la piscine et les autres équipements. Parking gratuit

Dated Hotel could use an update
The hotel was just so so. Nothing like it appeared on the pictures. Rooms had that dated early eighties feel. Beds were fair for comfort and the water only ever just got warm. Not hot. My electricity went out 3 times and it took them over an hour and a half to get it back on. Breakfast buffet was very good and likely the bright spot of the hotel. Location was good.
