Excellent room Everything worked just fine
It was quiet it was Peaceful It was a wonderful place to sleep at did not have to worry about nobody running up-and-down the hall .didn't hearing people talking in the next room didn't have to hear phones vibrateing going off all through the night so it was relaxing my room was clean had fresh towels Everything worked in my room My air condition Microwave My refrigerator My television Everything was excellent in my room everything worked it excellent And yes I will choose to Again longest I have clean towels everything in my room working

The bathroom door had multiple holes in it as if someone had kicked it in three times. People have been smoking in the rooms. Young man who works at front desk was very nice and tried his best to correct the situation where he could

Worse than a roach motel
The room smelled like thick smoke. There were holes in the sheets. There were also stains on the ceiling and burns all over the sink and the tub. It was really gross and run down.

Good parking lot stained box springs and sheets and pillowcases smelled like cigarette smoke. Box springs were really gross.

This is a poor quality place
The price was 129. Walk in room, mold mildew smells wet. Hole in bathroom door dirty tube. Dirty washcloths. Not a good room. But the only one in town. Terrible.

I liked how close it was to where I was going. I didn’t feel safe the bedding wasn’t clean toilet dirty black mold on ceiling door didn’t shut all the way nothing to eat

Everytime I walked into the office it smelled like weed and we had to do that a lot because putting the key near a phone will make it not work anymore. The walls were literally falling apart and loud music was playing at all hours of the night. Highly do not recommend this property.

The hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. Matter of fact i checked out early once we found another room. The door seen like it had beed kicked in . And we found a crack pipe. The worst .

No TV (could not connect to cable), iron did not work, smoke alarm missing, ironing board broken, no WiFi like was promised, no invoice when chcked out on Sept 21 (stated Orbitz would email me invoice). I advised when checked in I would be leaving earlier than 9/26

Room was not smoking and had horrible cigarette odor. Bed cover were cigarette burned. Smoke detector was broken. Counter sink and bathtub had cigarettes burn. Refrigerator cabinet was rotten and filthy. Air conditioner was filled with dirt and mold. Outlets burned. Called front desk, went to front desk no one was to be found. Waited from 4:00 am to 6:00 am to check out, no employee on site. Worst hotel ever

DONT STAY HERE!
The room was in very poor shape with the security latch for the door missing, a big gap at the bottom of the door. The cooling was minimal. Towels were taken after the first night and not replaced. When I went to the desk to ask for them I was told I would have to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting I simply asked if they could be brought to my room. They never came. I was there to assist with hurricane clean up near New Orleans and really needed a shower after a heavy day's work. The staff were very rude and uncaring. I could not under any circumstances recommend this hotel.

I stayed 3 nights and had my 4th night extended and already paid for. When I got there the lady wouldn’t let me check in because my Wallet was stolen from the hotel and I proved I had pic of my id. She wouldn’t let me cancel and have my buddy buy the room. Worse part is I had my service animal and she said I can call the police but that door will not open. She wouldn’t even allow me to get out of all things my service dog. After about 45 mins she called her boss from India (that’s 30$ an hour apparently) and it took 5 mins for the lady to switch, give me the room for the night, and then act like she never raised her voice at me. Even when I was on the phone walking away she came out to tell me I’m checked in and I’m lucky her boss answered. This has been the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. I really hope they check this out and look into this older lady. I wasn’t the only person she was rude to. I even had other people at the hotel say not good things about her. Get a better staff and train them!!!

Didn't like anything. Our room looked like it was in a police raid. Ice machine was broken, sheets were dirty, and there's definitely black mold in the rooms.
