L.A 나 VEGAS 지나는 길에 숙박하는 그런곳입니다. 세월이 흔적이 있는 곳을 간판을 바꾼듯합니다. 주변은 아무것도 없습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 친철하고 책임감이 있습니다.

clean and nice hotel
The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. The hotel overally quiet and cozy for our family stay.

Staff upon arrival said they pay for taxi to airport instead of shuttle which they no longer have. In the morning, different staff said i had to pay. I would not have stayed there if no translortation service!!! Man at desk was threatening.

The bedding was dirty, bathroom was dirty, the manager was worthless as well as the frint desk clerk when i tried to get a refund.

Check in was very easy. The staff was able to schedule my shuttle to take us to the airport.

It would have been nice to be able to control the thermostat in the room. Also, a firmer pillow would have been my preference. The two gentlemen I spoke with at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

Room (on first floor) was not clean and had to change to another room (on first floor). Room that we change to was worse. Broken window (lower left 1/4 with some tape to hold it together) and with hole I could put my hand thru. Wet floor near broken window. No sink drain stopper and dirty floor in bathroom. Had to get a remote for the TV from the front desk. We have a claim in.

I was completely shocked and irritated when I checked in that the pet fee was $75! There is no mention of this outrageous fee on their website nor on the site description on 3rd party reservation sites. It is a hidden and dishonest fee. I have never paid more than $50 and that was at much higher quality hotels. The staff member explained there are different rates at different Hampton Inn sites. When there are holes in the wall in my room from removed screws/lamps, worn carpet and shower doors not secure, I do not accept that this hotel site is of such quality as to charge the exorbitant $75 pet fee. That is my last stay at Hampton.

The staff are very good. I would say outstanding in delivering customer service, they are knowledgeable and confident. The hotel place is safe especially when i saw the sheriffs vehicle makes rounds in the area. This is the only hotel that service a from and to a shuttle airport. It was very convenient. Breakfast is served on time and well organized and clean.

Not sure if this property has a maintenance staff and or the housekeeper staff shows zero attention to detail when servicing a room. Our room had broke shower curtain rod Broken outlet items ans lights that don’t work I use to be a rooms division manager for Hilton hotels Man have things changed when it comes down to caring for your property Shame on executive housekeeper and hotel management

Short stay, very safe area, away from the all the noise and people who just don't sleep at night trying to find things to do to your car at night when I am asleep for work the next day. Good Breakfast

We had stayed there before and had a good stay. This time the first room they gave us 406 had bed bugs. We notified the front desk and they moved us to a room that did not have bed bugs but carpet was very dirty.
