위치는 정말 갑입니다. 수영장 관리도 잘되요. 숙소컨디션과 밤마다 들리는 쥐인지 고양이인지 모를 벽 긁어대는 소리는 꼭 개선되어야 할거 같아요.

旦那とのサヌールには定宿にしています。 立地良し、使い勝手良し。 朝食はそれなりですが料金が安いので満足です。 ひとり旅や女子旅の時には同じ敷地内の系列のサリヴィラが料金が安くコンパクトで使いやすくオススメです。

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ein kleines, ruhiges hotel in guter Lage mit sehr großen Zimmern. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen (zb. Das Bad) aber top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

i like the peacefully and the pool. things to be improved over here is the electricity, it is charging to slowly on my hp. room overall is dusty, need to mop the floor. bathroom water flow is too small, have to wait for sometime, the circuit plug especially, is all spoilt in my room 06 (2nd floor). please bring own adaptor, the adaptors they provided sometimes is spoilt. 2nd floor of the room is very dusty perhaps due to nobody staying upstairs unless you have other family members to share. the bed is just a piece of mattress on top, nothing else, no cabinet on 2nd floor. own bed is comfortable. balcony doors doesnt seem to close that well, have to use strength to close properly. there is hangers provided outside the balcony, but the railings are rusted, have to be careful and wash your hands after touching it. overall other than the above, it is peaceful, very quiet and nice place to stay in, cheap as well. swimming pool is very clean. no bugs and unwanted pest around. breakfast is nice, staff are friendly.

Have stayed at this villa 6 times in the past with no problem but this time with new staff there didn't feel very welcome. There is a dew staff that have been there's for a while and they are very good but the new staff during the day time are not so friendly.

Helpful and Friendly Staff
The staff were helpful and friendly. They were accommodating enough to change our rooms from the top floor to the ground floor when requested.

Slightly disappointing
Stayed at Amansari Villa and Sari Villa twice in a two week period. The hotel is close to the beach and the hotel staff is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is OK. The facility itself has some problems. The air con didn't work in the first room we stayed in and it was very humid. Our friend that was staying in the "Sari Villa" section of Amansari Villas had to change rooms because every time the guests in the floor above his room flushed the toilet, the contents of their toilet bubbled up in his toilet in the room below. My wife and I stayed at Amansari villas in 2012 and was very happy but this time we were not. I would not stay at Amansari Villa again.

Excellent value for money
My sister and I booked a room each at (literally) the last minute, and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa. The rooms are HUGE, clean, and have everything you need - good airconditioning, big bathroom, free water filter/cooler, and more. The pools are also lovely and the price included a cooked breakfast (amazing value for $60 for a king room).

Dårlig hjælp.
Rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Værelset var meget snavset, ting faldt ned fra væggen, døren kunne ikke låses osv. Vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse, hvor badeværelset kun havde kogende og så skulle vi benytte vores gamle badeværelse, men en dag kom vi derind og så boede der en anden gæst der. Vi har forsøgt at ringe til jer, men kunne kun få fat i den elektroniske stemme og ingen medarbejder og det kostede en formue. Jeg har skrevet/mailet x 3 men uden hjælp. Så vores ferie gav os mange dårlige minder.

Is geschikt voor gezinnen. jong en oud .personeel wil alles voor je doen. Dicht bij het strand 5 minuten lopen. En de drukke winkel straat ligt in je achtertuin . Fantastisch.

Huge space for the money, great central location.
We were blown away by the size of the apartment and by its facilities. Loved the location close to beach and loads of good eateries, music in the pubs nearby, perfect for us. Pool area is nice and very quiet. The hotel is getting on in years and showing its age but we think it's hard to beat for value. Staff were pleasant and helpful. If you are fussy it won't suit you but if you just want a spacious clean and comfortable well priced place look no further.

Great staff and pool.rooms missing final touches.
New rooms but missing the final touches. Tv, fridge , water cooler, balcony, a/c but it looks like the construction finshed one day early. Great staff and woderful pool. Breakfast ok. We plan on staying here again next week.

The room was clean, large and comfortable. Staff even though most could not speak English were very friendly new their tasks and performed them well. It was quiet and peaceful.

Awesome service
The boys were shy at first but after a few days they were extremely helpful and their sense of humor was great. Our first room had the TV playing up and they quickly moved us into another room that was not as fresh and new but comfortable all the same. The pool was divine and i spent many happy hours in there cooling down. For comfort and helpfulness i recommend this place but if you want five star then don't book, they don't pretend to be 5 star, but the service is definitely 5 star, and when the new units open up so will they be im sure.

A great stay
Staff was a bit shy at the beginning but after try to chat becam super friendly! Breakfast was good and cooked in the spot. Room were cleaned quickly. Small but very cozy pool as well as a bit of shade to slowly tan. Loved it ! Will come back !

５時過ぎに宿へ着くと、通された部屋は予約した部屋よりランクが下らしい狭い部屋。しかも、部屋には、なぜか荷物が残ったまま。チェックアウトした客が忘れたものだとわけわからない説明。腑に落ちないまま荷物をほどいて整理してると本当の部屋はもっと広い部屋で今晩８時にチェックアウトしたら使っていいと。こっちは一か月以上前から予約をしてるのになぜ８時チェックアウトの客がいるのか！と詰め寄るもスタッフは子供みたいな子たちだけで話にならない。マネージャーに電話をさせてどうなってるのかと聞くもらちが明かず、結局、８時チェックアウトの客も８時には現れず９時前にようやく帰って来て出て行った。馬鹿みたいにプールサイドのテーブルに４時間近くただただ待たされて疲れた。翌日マネージャーが説明して謝罪をしに来たけど、過ぎてしまった時間は取り戻せないしそのまま５日間泊まるのに気持ちよく過ごしたいので穏便に済ませた。宿の立地や快適さは文句ないので、しょっぱなの対応だけが残念だった。

Continual phone problems
Phone number given caused endless problems. Neither my private driver from Ubud nor my taxi driver from airport could get a satisfactory reply from person answering the phone.

Great place to chill
Very nice and comfortable: very clean, wonderful pool, good breakfasts. Great location and very helpful staff. We loved our stay in Sanur and hope to get back there soon again.

Chambre très spacieuse, avec un coin cuisine + une mezzanine avec un autre lit. Beaucoup d'espace et de confort. Hôtel très bien situé ! Equipe charmante.

We would gladly stay here again.
Small things, which are normal for Indonesia, also exist here. A large mirror was hung in front of the bathroom faucet and you had to reach under the mirror to turn on the water. The linens were old, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer (even though there was a hair dryer), and no outlet in the bedroom near the mirror, pool chairs were rusted into one position, etc., but the staff were helpful, the hotel very clean and location great.
