For the building contraction next of the our hotel its out of our control and we always tried to make the negotiation with the project to understand our situation and for our guest convenience we really do apologize for the inconvenience. And we are in the middle of rice field and jungle where we can fell the freeze of nature. Our environment is still beautiful and we don't use a lot of chemicals to maintain the environment, therefore sometimes there are still small animals that pass in the villa area. But we still always make sure the villa is kept clean and free of insects. Thank you for sharing your experience during your stay at Anusara. We hope to see you again in near future. Dear Guest Thank you for shared your experience stay at Anusara and for nice comment about pool;yes is a big pool , the actual travel time to Ubud central is only 10 to 15 min however if there is a ceremony can take a little longer We do not have buffet all food is made fresh with local fresh produce the hotel doesn’t like the food sitting around in buffet as we are a private pool villas not big hotel like in kuta We hope you have great holiday in Bali Best regards Anusara Team

Dear guest We are sad to hear that u were not happy with your stay Unfortunately we had a major maintenance issue with the swim pool and had no choice but to send u to another similar 4 star property for one night .........no one mention in the hotel reviews that the hotel smells, the maintenance issue Very seldom happens and we have to deal with it because we are usually always very busy ,again we are all very sad about it and try so hard to avoid this . We did however give you a refund and compensation maybe there could have been a misunderstanding with what we originally offered u regards a refund as there was a bit of a language barrier . We are also very sad to hear that you did not like Ubud even though that has nothing to do with our hotel. We all wish you happy travels

You informed Front Desk when you checked out that there was some dust on the site and a mark on the mosquito net, If you had of called Front Desk, they would have called housekeeping, however was our responsibility since you checked in. The villas are constituted mostly with Balinese materials, all doors are hard wood and require some maintenance, time to time has been fixed again.
