Awesome
Hotel is little away from the kuta beach. If you have motorbike, the location does not matter but if you take taxi here, the traffic here is terrible. Hotel service and everything was nice. Personally, I might stay here again.

It’s disappointing, the bed is so smelly . Wifi not working u have to go level 1 to have wifi the room wifi is dead . Pillow n bed is very very stink I don’t know how they wash it it’s smell like months never wash . All pillow is with stain

Nice pool. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Shower floor / shower curtain should be cleaned more thoroughly. Overall hotel was great!

Good location and price but I would not stay here again. One staff member was outstanding the following morning but the afternoon we arrived they were very unhelpful. Most staff seem jaded. Rooms need a revamp and we had paid extra for a deluxe room, but average. However water pressure in shower was good as was size of room.

Shower filthy and half blocked fixtures and fittings loose and falling off. Bed was like trying to sleep on a wooden table. Although some of the staff were lovely others were rude and commanding overall not a nice way to take a break

Nice and clean room though a bit old. The staff was attentive and caring! Daily breakfast was the highlight! Must try banana pancakes!

I have stayed at Bali Chaya 3 times. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and location is close to everything in Legian. Definitely stay here.

Notre réservation n’a pas été respectée
Malgré avoir réservé une chambre avec vue sur la piscine nous avons eu la pire des chambre avec vue sur l’hôtel d’en face qui est en chantier. Nous avons demander de changer de chambre et ils nous ont dit que notre demande d’avoir une vue sur piscine était une demande spéciale et qu’ils ne pouvaient pas la garantir (malgré qu’on avait payer plus pour la vue)

Good Start in Bali
This is a quality hotel at budget prices, the staff especially Imelda were so helpful and happy. The rooms had comfy beds, great shower pressure with loads of hot water, good breakfast, good location, good pool and friendly guests - definitely no hesitation in recommending or returning here.

Perfect Legian hidden gem
The Bali Chaya was a pleasant surprise! So clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable and linen was great quality. We had a ground floor room backing onto the pool and I was loved the fact we could pop out the door and have a swim. Pool was chrystal clear at all times perfect temperature, not warm like some pools in Bali. Service was great, respectful of your privacy and relaxation and the staff were there when you needed them. I will be going back here next visit for sure. It was very very quite for a hotel so close to the hustle and bustle of Legian

レンタルバイクが借りられる。 路地裏にあるので2、3分真っ暗の中歩かないといけない。部屋は値段の割にきれいでWIFI速い。スタッフの情報共有に問題はあったが、よいホテルだと思う。
