Ik had hele hoge verwachtingen van dit resort. Voor we aankwamen had ik al meerder e-mails van hun ontvangen. Hierbij moest ik aangeven hoe laat ik zou aankomen of ik vervoer nodig had, allergieën etc. Bij het boeken had ik aangegeven dat het ons honeymoon zal zijn. Bij het inchecken was er een tourgroep voor ons en er waren maar 2 mensen achter de incheckbalie. We moesten even wachten, uiteindelijk naar de kamer en ik had iets geboekt dat niet qua verwachting was en we hadden een upgrade gevraagd. De andere kamer bekeken en we besloten die te nemen voor een meerprijs. De villa zou schoongemaakt worden en klaargemaakt. Uiteindelijk toen we wilde slapen ontdekte we dat de klamboe aan de bovenkant er vies was. Dit werd de dag erna schoongemaakt. Ik kreeg uiteindelijk weer mailtjes van hun over of ik bepaalde tours wil boeken en een persoonlijke pagina aan wil maken. Ik heb een boze mail gestuurd dat ze me niet meer moesten lastigvallen en ze doen toch niks met je formulieren. Geen klein gebaar voor ons honeymoon bij check in. na aangeven in de mail pas dag erna wel iets ermee gedaan. Er zit blijkbaar wel genoeg personeel om de gasten lastig te vallen per mail, maar niet genoeg personeel bij de balie. Erg krom

Great stay, we would re-book with Adiwana
Hotel comms through WhatsApp made our journey to and from the island so amazingly helpful and took out any stress. The staff at Adiwana were so helpful, friendly and polite. Gym was airconned and useable - although very small. The pool was a little too warm early in the morning but cooled down later in the day. Breakfast was included we had it only one day, the addition of a few things like yogurt and Bircher would have made it perfect. The French toast that day was very hard - need a recipe reevaluation there. The assortment on the day and egg station was fine including a tasty selection of Indonesian and balanced well with Western style foods.

For a quiet stay
It’s close to the beach if it’s what you’re looking for. For travelling wise, you need a scooter to get around the island and to Ceningan. More like a 3 star in my opinion. Nightlife is pretty much quiet.

The room at first glance was basic but good for the price. At closer look, we found the sheets to be stained and dirty, the curtains and towels also stained. The aircon seemed to give off a musky smell that woke us up in the night as it was so off putting. Shame for such a great location, if you pay more for the villas they seem to be much nicer but the deluxe rooms weren’t so deluxe at all.

Excellent Beach Hotel
The D’Nusa Beach Club and Resort exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival to Nusa Lembongan, I was met by a member of the hotel staff and transported to the hotel. Check-in was quick and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was larger than expected. The bed was comfortable and the TV had many English channels. The pool and beach area were excellent. Fantastic sunsets from the hotel beach. They even have bean bags chairs and a large swing on the beachfront. The breakfast was good and included a cook to order egg station. I also had the cheese pizza at the hotel restaurant which was slightly more expensive than restaurants in the area however was worth the convenience. Checkout was very efficient and a staff member also took me to meet the ferry back to Sanur. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The best part was the staff who were very friendly and welcoming. The only negatives, very minor, were: weak AC in the room, while the rooms were cleaned daily, they could use some deep cleaning and some paint to cover scuff marks on the walls and the lounge chairs around the pool and on the beach could not be adjusted. So you could not lay flat on theses chairs. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great stay for one week for honeymoon
We loved our stay- we extended it for 5 more nights. The shuttle service, clean large rooms, gym, service, beach front were all amazing! It’s the only hotel on the stretch that doesn’t have boats docked in front so easy to swim. The showers were a nice touch by the pool to wash sand and salt off. We only wish they were more eco friendly in terms of use of plastic. We asked if they could fill up our water bottles but they only had plastic bottles. For a big hotel on a small island they should really think about their use of plastics. Breakfast was great- no complaints there! Especially enjoyed the egg station. According to other reviews on the groups of Chinese - we didn’t encounter this but we were also away from the hotel exploring the island during most days. Go grab a sunset drink at the beach bar next to the hotel - Bobs beach bar - Bob is the best!!! Service at the hotel is great! We had an issue with our air con and they fixed it right away. Will come back!

Good for a stopover
Average hotel but good location: The staff is very nice but the rooms are run down and need to be refreshed! There was no hot water when we arrived but the hotel fixed it quickly. It’s very good for families but the food could be improved

Nice spacious room, clean and updated. Beach front is not as big as what the photos lead to be. I t was quiet and peaceful till the Very loud Chinese from China came and took selfies non-stop right in front of the sunset! It is hard to avoid them. Just a shame!

This property was so stunning, would highly recommend! Beautiful and spacious room, friendly staff, amazing beach views. We stayed in the lagoon suite and would definitely suggest because you have essentially private access to the second pool which is so lovely. Would stay again

Supertrevlig vistelse på detta hotell. Vi hade en liten ödla i badrummet vilket var obehagligt, men personalen hjälpte oss att få bort den. Supertrevlig personal. Vi hade ett superfint rum med terass som gick direkt ner till en gemensam pool man hade med några andra. Insåg när vi var där att det var rätt onödigt för dels var det aldrig sol på den sidan så man ville knappast ligga ute på sin terass och vattnet i poolen var iskallt. Utbudet på mat var inte jättebra på hotellet. Det kändes dock som att det var ett av de finaste hotellen på hela ön när man kollade sig omkring

A piece of paradise
Such a beautiful location! The resort is very laid back with beach swings, bean bags and sun lounges overlooking the pristine clear waters. The staff were friendly and the rooms comfy. The Chef Show for dinner was fun and delicious, a must do when staying at this resort! I would highly recommend this resort.

Great comfortable rooms
Amazing bed. Very comfy. Hotels lobby is dated but the rest of the place is top notch. Good breakfast spread included. The staff were incredidible except for the front of house/reception who were VERY rude. Unimpressed.

Брали номер с выходом к бассейну. Это оптимальный вариант, очень удобно. Номер просторный, все чисто. Завтраки нормальные, все привычное есть. У нас сломался кондиционер, персонал сразу же предложил поменять номер на соседний и перенесли вещи. Пляж немного огорожен от общего, но купаться там практически невозможно, так как чаще сильные волны. Волна приносит всякие палки и кораллы, можно остаться без ног. Отель удален от причала, но есть шатл, который курсирует до причала и обратно. Отель активно предлагает экскурсии, но ценник в три раза выше, чем у агентов на улице. В ресторане также все втридорога.

Bra och fint rum, mindre bra mat.
Vi hade det bra på d'Nusa. Vänlig personal och fint vid polen från egen terrass till bra pris. Det som tyvärr inte var lika bra var maten på hotellet både gällande restaurang och frukost. Buffén till frukost kändes farlig då den stod framme i många timmar. Vi hade önskat att man istället hade meny att välja från. Det gjorde att vi efter två mornar valde att äta frukost på andra ställen istället. Så sammanlagt skulle vi ge hotellet en 3-4a.

Loved the location and right on the beach. Villa was nice. A lot of Chinease tourists come between 11-3 which was annoying, but apart from that we were happy.

gute Lage, nettes Personal, stinkendes Bad
Die Lage und der Service des Hotels waren wirklich gut. Das Hotel machte einen relativ neuen Eindruck und das Bett war übergroß und sehr bequem. Allerdings war unser Bad sehr schmutzig und hat von Beginn an gestunken. In den 4 Nächten wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Geputzt wurde nicht. Benutze Tassen wurden nicht abgeholt, Barfuß bekam man dreckige Füße und vor allem das Bad war schmutzig. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab, die Dusche war schmutzig und es stank. Der Strand am Hotel war aber gut und das Personal an der Rezeption äußerst nett.

Friendly staff, great location
We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa & it was amazing. Food at the restaurant wasn't the best but there's dozens of restaurants & warungs within 10 mins walking distance.

很愛很愛這小島！這美麗的酒店就在海邊，穿過飯店的泳池就到沙灘，有可愛的揪千在沙灘上，入住的是villa房間，有私人的嬉水池很美，每天躺在daybed上看天空很寫意。

Très belle hôtel qui doit avoir un partenariat avec une compagnie touristique chinoise. La plage fait partie des mieux de l'île car elle est propre, tranquille, pas de bateaux et surtout on peut se baigner sans se faire mal au pied.

Lovely beach front hotel
Room huge and pool access was great . Loved the balcony with comfy lounge. Floor could of been cleaner as feet black after walking around room . Not much atmosphere at the dining area meal was just ok . Ate out over the road most nights.

Overpriced and run down
We paid extra to stay in a private pool villa. It was very noisy as everyone has to walk past to get to beach and restaurant. Buffet breakfast was average and not a lot of selection. When we arrived we were told there is a large group of Chinese tourists using the pool and restaurant for lunch so we should go out for the day, not really what we had in mind when we had only just got to the place. The room was kept clean and had a good large comfy bed.

Nice hotel on the beach but........
The hotel itself is very nice, we had a two bedroom bungalow which was perfect for us as a family of 4. the rooms where spacious and comfortable with a very nice indoor/outdoor bathroom, we had some issues with hot water although these seemed to be dealt with after having to mention it to reception twice. The hotel is a little further out of town so best to have a scooter. The biggest downfall of this hotel was the chinese tour groups which basically take over the pool,bar and beach are between 10am - 4pm. They come in from the beach by the boatloads and really spoil the peacefulness this hotel otherwise has. There is no respect for hotel guests privacy and personal space. we where only informed of this upon checking in and had we of been informed when booking we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Disappointed
The hotel was clean and well presented The staff were very friendly The breakfast was disappointing with the only positive the egg station The most disappointing thing was the fact that resort is taken over by day trippers from 10.30 to 3.30 every day. They are loud rude and it is very uncomfortable so much that most people choose to leave the resort whilst they are there.
