Downtown villas was perfect for my first stop in Bali. The villas are located right off a Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from within very easy walking distance. The villa is a bit dated and could use some minor repairs, because of this, it didn’t look as clean as newer more modern accommodations do but the rooms were made up daily and the staff did a great job keeping g them clean and tidy. The pool was cool and nice and deep and the sundeck was private. I would highly recommend a stay here and would happily stay on my next visit to Bali,

Absolutely gorgeous. Could not recommend enough. Staff so super friendly and thoughtful. Villas absolutely beautiful. Pool clean and refreshing. Bed massive and very comfortable. Even though it’s just off the busy main road, there is zero traffic noise from the villa. Across the road from Bintang Supermarket, so convenient to purchase any living items you need. Only thing is that the walls are a bit thin, and if your neighbour is watching a loud movie until 3am, you can hear it. Luckily a quick call to the front desk sorted that out 😊 Can’t thank you enough 🙏

Villa was mooi en ruim. Ontbijt was elke dag erg goed! Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt, maar netheid kan iets beter. Locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het strand en meerdere shops, restaurants, ATM en supermarkt. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad! :)

Staff are friend. Locks of two rooms were broken and weren't fix during our stay. Advised the people who hired before us jammed the key in the lock and had no time to fix it. We locked ourselves in our room lucky we have phones of our other guest who came and open it from outside.

Hidden paradise
Ideal location from the hustle & bustle of the busy main road. The private pool was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked with a ace little kitchen. Defo go back.

Close to eateries shops and only a short walk to the beach or you can grab the buggy to be dropped off. The villa was huge (we stayed in the delux) perfect quiet private

It was very nice and private - nobody could see into our pool area. Staff were very helpful and lovely. There was construction going on in the villa next door so there was some noise during the day time but we were out most of the day so it didn’t really bother us. Would come back again any time!

Bra centralt läge på en tyst bakgata nära huvudgatan. Fantastisk personal som är väldigt hjälpsamma. Jag fick ovärderlig hjälp att boka transporter mellan olika öar på vår resa av receptionen. Det finns gratis transfer till och från stranden i en ”limmogolfbil” där deras lyxiga systerhotell ligger.

A One Stop Family Shop........
Downtown Villas was an amazing place to stay. We spent eleven nights in a two bedroom villa - which is massive, the photos don’t lie! The villas are associated with a neighbouring resort which means that you get full use of the resort facilities with the privacy and room to more of your own villa. The highlight for us was the staff service. The staff at Downtown can’t do enough to make your stay memorable. They are helpful, polite and go the extra mile. The highlight for the kids was that golf buggy that staff would use to drive you around Seminyak. See you next year Downtown!

Perfect villa
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at a 2 bedrooms villa. The villa was spacious and beautiful, our private pool was about 20 meters long and the outdoor space was perfect. The villa is off the main road but is quiet. The villa is about 20 mins walk to the beach (can be a tough walk in the heat). I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We stayed in a 2 bedrooms villa and it was amazing: from the living space to the pool. Breakfast is served every morning at our dining table. Would definitely go back and stay there.

Overall we had a pleasant time here at Downtown Villas. We stayed in one of the older villas which were rather run down but the staff did look after us really well. They also offer you access to The Breezes Hotel facilities too which was a big plus. The part which we were not happy about was breakfast, if it is not a buffet breakfast it's just not going to cut it in my opinion.
